This morning i did a Insanity workout and loved it! It was fast paced and i felt good and sweaty after. I was looking to do the 21 Day fix, but couldn't find any on Youtube, Beachbody really has them on lock down, eh? Anyone know where I can find them without paying the membership? No idea on that, but I did 21 Day Fix and really liked it. I felt like the workouts were quick and effective. wedding has done it before, too.

No idea on that, but I did 21 Day Fix and really liked it. I felt like the workouts were quick and effective. wedding has done it before, too. I don't know if they are on Beachbody On Demand, I don't think they are. They want the $$$ for those discs. I don't even use the discs anymore because I have the workouts memorized so I do some reps in my office or watch other shows at home while working out now. So if you like it, it's something you can keep up if you borrow the discs from someone. I like the exercises because it works my whole body from all aspects (toning, cardio, stretching) in a short amount of time (30 min). I can just do the 21 day fix exercises and then rock a PT test when the time comes every year so it works well for me.

I haven’t done anything since I posted last week until today. I just went for my first run since the end of October. I am definitely out of shape! My goal for February is to exercise at least 3 days a week and continue bringing my lunch at work.

Just finished Run #2 of the week. It's so nice out today! The rest of the week is where I will really have a challenge getting a run in since our schedules are jam packed. I might be able to to a BBM or similar tomorrow night.
We did BBM 5.0- what other challenges would be a good one to start? I may try to do another full one if I can get my ass out of bed at 5am every day again. I think I just need to make it a priority though.

I did weigh in and measurements this morning in preparation for Monday. I’m up 1.5#s and I know it’s all snacking so I need to reign it in. My measurements weren’t horribly but my midsection is so gross right now. It definitely motivated me. Let’s see how motivated I am Monday at 5am.

I’m up for another BBM. I dropped out of 3.0 because of weaning but I’m fully done and motivated by my beach house to get myself in shape. I still have the surge that I bought and didn’t use yet and I definitely need to add abs.

I've swam 5 weeks of my 6 week plan. Next week I swim a whole mile! I'm a swimmer but never prepared myself for this kind of distance. I'm excited and now I need to find a goal like swim a mile in a race in the Bahamas.

BBM day 2 plus abs
Question for others: the BBM person says do abs 3 times a week. Is there a harm in doing it daily? I need the most strength help in my core so I would like to but didn’t know if there was a reason for only three days.

I think sometimes she says 3 days and others it's at least 3 days.
