Week/EDD: 16w4d
Baby is the size of: dill pickle
FTM, Etc: STM
Team:
Appointments: I skipped my appt last week bc we are still out of town so I think my next one will be at the end of the month with my ultrasound
Milestones: feeling some movement
Symptoms: emotional
Rants: Nothing to do with pregnancy, but I’m sick of being away from our house and routines, this will be our 4th week of travel. Most of the has been spent with my in-laws bc they live closer to where we are looking for a house and I’m just over it all.
Raves: We are currently sitting in my mom’s house having some downtime that is much needed this morning. Also it’s looking like we will for sure be moving closer to family and all the details are falling into place!
GTKY: What are your hobbies? Until I started getting sick and some other things happened, I really loved going to the gym. I also like to craft, but haven’t done much on the past 3 years since having DS.

FTM, Etc: TTM, DD 4, and DS 2.5

Rants: anxiety and depression are hitting hard. I am really disappointed to be missing my conference because of the government shut down (I know not even vlost to the worst of the effects on people, but still frustrating)
Raves: I love feeling the baby move, i think it is one of the most amazing thingd
GTKY: What are your hobbies? I used to work out, and enjoyed that. And I used to dabble in gardening some, which was cool. I hope that once the kids are older they can do that with me.

Week/EDD: 14, 7/4/19 Baby is the size of: Beet - or a mouse, which is not a good mental image for me FTM, Etc: TTM, 9 yo twins Team: green, for now Appointments: none scheduled this week Milestones: Thought maybe I felt some movement, but who knows, might have been gas Symptoms: Nausea is improving, still tired more often than not and my sinuses hate me. Otherwise starting to feel better - other than my rant. Rants: This weekend I had symptoms of a UTI, and think I might have passed a kidney stone. I felt better afterwards, like the UTI symptoms disappeared, but am going in this morning to get lab work done. Raves: Thankful to have made it this far and hoping that as the pregnancy progresses maybe I'll start to relax a little more at some point, maybe. GTKY: What are your hobbies? Week/EDD: 18w4d, due 6/6
Baby is the size of: a pear
FTM, Etc: FTM
Team: blue 💙
Appointments: nothing til 1/20
Milestones: no new milestones
Symptoms: nausea is apparently still bad enough that I need to stay on meds; I hadn’t really felt it in a while, so I tried to stop Bonjesta and that was awful. Back on Bonjesta, and haven’t had any heartburn since, probably because I was eating simple foods until I knew I could keep everything down again. Tired, and some lower back pain started yesterday evening.
Rants: see above about nausea, that was truly awful. I ended up vomiting so much that the OB considered sending me to the ER for fluids, but she ended up letting me rest at home because I’d managed to keep down just the bare minimum of water. It was a really rough day.
Raves: my parents are coming out this weekend, and my dad is helping me paint the nursery! I can’t wait to see this room transform!
GTKY: What are your hobbies? I do a lot of crafts. I knit, sew, paint. I also like gardening

bonzo, that bout (not the best word, but my brain is not working) of nausea sounds horrible, sorry you went through that! Glad the Bonjesta is working though. Enjoy the nursery transformation, how fun!

Week/EDD: 20w 1d
Baby is the size of: banana
FTM, Etc: STM
Team: Blue
Appointments: Supposed to be anatomy scan this thursday but I just had an early one two weeks ago, so they wont do that but I may still have to go in and pee in a cup. Going to see if I can come in in 2 weeks when I see the MFM doc again for another ultrasound.
Milestones: Feeling some pretty substantial kicks now. Think I got DS's hand on one and he gave me a weird look, lol.
Symptoms: Tired
Rants: DS is acting up a lot lately, having trouble napping and just general tantrums. It's some him being two, some me being tired, and lot of a certain grandmother who won't listen when I tell her she can't give into every single thing with him. He's spent a couple of mornings with her in the last week and he's been a disaster lately.
Oh, and the speech lady came today and he was having a tantrum and her reaction was 'what is he going to be like when you have the baby?'.
GTKY: What are your hobbies? Sleeping. No, I like to exercise and go for walks, I love to swim and read books too.

quinstar, sorry your DS is acting up lately, hopefully it gets better soon. And I would be annoyed at the speech therapist's comment, that is not helpful.

I guess i have a UTI. I knew they were testing for one after my appointment on Thursday. I have not heard from the doctors office, but I got a text from the pharmacy that my RX for antibiotics was ready for pickup.

Week/Edd: 22w5d. May 9
Baby is the size of: an ear of corn
STM
Team: green
Appointments: tomorrow
Milestones: getting so close to viability
Symptoms: starting to feel very large. Still a lot of heartburn
Rants: none this week!
Raves: I finally sat down and took a good look at the budget and made some plans for my maternity leave. As long as we're careful and I'm able to work a few extra shifts we should be fine while I'm out on my leave. That makes me feel a lot better.
GTKY: Recently my favorite hobbies are cooking with my instapot and budgeting/learning to live frugally. I also spend a lot of time outside gardening and taking care of our animals.

quinstar, I would be so annoyed by that comment. I'm dealing with the same type of behavior from my daughter and had a few people make very unhelpful comments. It just makes a hard situation even harder.

It just makes a hard situation even harder. I'm sorry you're going through it too, it's really hard. And crap from other people does just make it harder, it made me feel guilty and angry. I doubt she meant anything by it, but people just don't think.
