I loved Thyme last pregnancy, but I think it is just in Canada. The stuff is expensive, but i've found lots at consignment / secondhand.

What I want to do is go back to bed. But I need to get my kids ready for the day and I should make some food for a friend who just had her baby.
As far as maternity clothes I liked Gap and A Pea in the Pod. Pink Blush Maternity also has some cute stuff, and I know Loft has a maternity line. Target has reasonably priced stuff. A Pea in the Pod is pricey, but the stuff fit well and wasn't crap quality. Old Navy is very questionable on their quality IMO.

I am getting ready to pick up me sister. She is going to watch G while I work for a few hours. Then this afternoon we are all leaving for VT. We are excited but it's going to be a long trip.

I really liked ON tops & dresses but the shorts were bad. I got all my shorts from motherhood maternity and they were on clearance!!

DD and I are watching curious George & snuggling on the couch! She has turned into such a little lover, she used to HATE snuggling and would never sleep in my arms as a baby. When DH left for deployment last fall she was 16mo and started asking to rock before every nap & bedtime & all of a sudden got super cuddly (I think bc he was gone). And it has stuck even now that he is back! Perfect as I'm dealing with all the feelings about her growing up/bringing another baby into her world.

Thanks ladies! I love Pink Blush when a good sale is running. I will definitely check out Loft.
I let my friend borrow all my maternity clothes, but she's due right around when I should need them back & she's also letting me use all the stuff she bought, too.

I already took advantage and have an order on way!

I'm hosting DS's family birthday party tomorrow, though the actual day isn't until July 5 when we'll have a big friend play date for him at our place. So I need to make brownies today and clean the house a little, though it's looking more like maybe we can go outside tomorrow.
One more week and my H will be getting ready for his last day before summer break! We can do this, lol!

Happy Friday! I'm ready for the weekend. This week seemed to drag and this weekend we have zero commitments, so I'm looking forward to doing nothing.
As for maternity clothes, I only ever wore Motherhood Maternity. I was on the plus side and nothing else fit me; it was super frustrating. Since then, I've lost about 125 lbs, so I'm looking forward to having a little bit of a variety of stores to choose from now that I need to buy new clothes.
Question: do you guys do FFFC? I didn't see UO Thursday posted yesterday. Maybe it's too early for that?

So glad it's Friday! I have my appointment today to get my pregnancy referral. It's not exciting. I just pee in a cup. Then a bunch of work *whomp whomp*. BUT we have a super busy and super fun weekend planned and I'm really looking forward to it! Just have to get through today.

Hi everyone! Happy Friday!
We have a fun weekend coming up- a wedding out of town. The wedding is right near Easton in Columbus (a huge outdoor shopping place) and I am SO excited to shop!
I am thinking up what "mocktails" I am going to order throughout the weekend so no one is asking why I'm not drinking! (Me not drinking at a wedding will DEFINITELY be noticed, ha ha.)

Well I have a confession..... I full on peed my pants this morning due to painful dry heaving 😩 it just wouldn't stop for like 10 minutes.
Thankfully I took the day off from work and am going to get my hair done after dropping DS off at daycare. Then I plan on coming home and sleeping until it's time to pick him up

At a research conference. Hoping for a lunch I can eat. Yesterday was Greek and gyros and that...was not great. At least I had pretzels with me?

Last pregnancy I got leggings from Gap and then mainly wore big loose dresses that were in style but weren't actually maternity. I got PJs from Motherhood. Some random things from Target and a pair of Paige maternity jeans - expensive but well worth it.

AW! Had my ultrasound and baby looks great! I'm 7 weeks, 6 days so due date is Feb 3. Heart rate was 161. I do have a small subchorionic hematoma so hopefully won't have scary bleeding from it. Baby pic:

OMG, this was me at a wedding last weekend! I tried to go with sprite & grenadine thinking people would just assume it's a mixed drink, but no, they still asked. I thought it would look more like a vodka and cranberry but not really. I just said I was DD. Why is everyone so nosy!!?
