Weeks pregnant/Due date: 23+2, due 4/22
Baby is the size of a: mango/ grapefruit/ one site says honeydew melon which seems.. not right.
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: FTM
Team: Blueeee
Appointments: 1/2, but changing so H can come with me
Symptoms: some nausea, constipation, pelvic pain, constant peeing
Milestones: H's family came for Christmas and saw the bump!
Rants/Raves/Vents: Per the above, H's family (parents and grandparents) were here for 3 days - literally just left an hour ago. It was good but so, so exhausting.
GTKY: Does anyone do New Year Resolutions? If so, what's yours for 2019? Generally I'm a "I'm going to eat better and lose some weight" resolutioner. This year is still "eat better" but I'm resolving to work on my patience, of which I have none.

Weeks pregnant/Due date: 24 weeks/April 17th
Baby is the size of a: cantaloupe
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Boy
Appointments: January 10th (glucose test....)
Symptoms: RLP, having to pee all the damn time, food aversions/nausea still come and go
Milestones: Viability!!!
Rants/Raves/Vents: I think we've decided on a name. And I'm now calling him by his name. And he got a few Christmas presents. This is really happening.
GTKY: Does anyone do New Year Resolutions? If so, what's yours for 2019? I think my resolution is just to survive. Successfully give birth and survive the chaos of bringing a 2nd kid into the mix. But also I really need to start exercising again, even if it's just going for walks.

@ges072115 I thought about saying survive 2019 as well for my resolution. A newborn is always an adjustment.

Weeks pregnant/Due date: almost 27 weeks FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM Team: Double blue Appointments: had one Monday, every two weeks now for OB, u/s growth scan every 4 weeks, plus starting NST scans every appointment Symptoms: tired, sore Rants/Raves/Vents: Not related to pg, but on Christmas, A (21 months) had an allergic reaction to bell pepper. So now that's both raw and cooked we need to completely avoid, in addition to hazelnuts. I hate that she has to deal with them, and that she had an increased risk of food allergies because of me (I'm allergic to tree nuts since I turned 30). Also, puppy Max had a seizure last night, evet visit, and another seizure tonight. He's only turning 4 in two weeks, so he's still young. GTKY: Does anyone do New Year Resolutions? If so, what's yours for 2019? Survive newborn twins and a 2 year old by myself this summer and on Mat Leave. Anything else is just a bonus.

I've been delinquent checking in over here with the holiday. I feel bad. I just read through the randoms post and was like OMG my DH is pissing me off too. Glad I'm not the only one feeling a little grinchy.
Weeks pregnant/Due date: 28 weeks tomorrow
Baby is the size of a: eggplant
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Blue
Appointments: Monday for glucose and Wednesday for my ob
Symptoms: heartburn (I've been mainlining tums), insomnia, pelvic pain though this is better then it was earlier this month, shortness of breath
Milestones: I've had some BH contractions from overdoing it prepping for the holiday.
Rants/Raves/Vents: now that Christmas is over my brain is full on pre for baby mode. I'm hoping to get my dad down for a day so I can paint the baby's room (if he continues to be furloughed this won't be too much of an issue) I went on a war path today throwing things out and cleaning out the playroom and some closets. When I put away the Christmas stuff I'm going to bring down all the baby stuff.
GTKY: Does anyone do New Year Resolutions? If so, what's yours for 2019?
Continue to meet with my therapist and work on ways to be less anxious and stressed out.

grover I had a dog with seizure issues. They started when we was 3 and he lived until he was 8. Once we got the medication figured out he would go awhile between episodes. It did get hard in the end because he would pee himself everytime (he was a 100lb rottie) He was the sweetest dog and was so good with DD. You have all my sympathies. It's hard to figure out what is wrong with dogs when they can't actually tell you what is wrong.

Weeks pregnant/Due date: 28 weeks tomorrow, March 21/RCS 14th
Baby is the size of a: Bunch of bananas
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Blue 💙
Appointments: First week of Jan, I think. Had my 1hr glucose test this morning.
Symptoms: Acid reflux is back with a vengeance. I pee every 15 minutes. Feeling very large lately, I'm underestimating the amount I space I need more and more, lol.
Milestones: Third trimester! 11 weeks to RCS date - things are getting real!
Rants/Raves/Vents: I was feeling stressed about silly things lately but now am feeling better. More in control.
GTKY: Does anyone do New Year Resolutions? If so, what's yours for 2019? I don't usually do resolutions. Overall I'd like to be more accountable for our finances, with baby #2 coming I don't want that to be a stressor!

Weeks pregnant/Due date: 28 weeks
Baby is the size of a:echidna
FTM/STM/TTM/etc:ttm
Team:girl
Appointments: 1/8 midwife
Symptoms:out of breath, baby kicking what feels like a bone or cervix maybe whatever it is it feels odd, so much peeing, emotional
Milestones:third trimester and had my first lightning crotch of the pregnancy! Fun times...
Rants/Raves/Vents: I also have family with a lot of name opinions. I try to ignore it but it gets to me. My mom keeps suggesting her name for a middle or name like hers or the month she is born and I am irritated. I get it, you want to be honoured but why force it? I was going to find a name to honour her but it rubs me the wrong way with the way she is going about this. I should really be used to it though. After my first I learned to keep names I really like close to heart and not share as much because of her negativity. End rant. But Christmas was mostly awesome. Santa brought dd1 the astronaut suit she really wanted and she has been in it ever since.
GTKY: Does anyone do New Year Resolutions? If so, what's yours for 2019? Right now my goals of 2019 are to continue to purge and organize our lives before baby and to have another successful homebirth and healthy baby.

Weeks pregnant/Due date: 23+6 April 19 / RCS 12th
Baby is the size of a: Barbie I think?
FTM/STM/TTM/etc: STM
Team: Pink
Appointments: I have OB/ glucose / bloodwork coming up sometime the first week of January. I’m on vacation brain and haven’t thought further than my next meal.
Symptoms: constant need to pee, lots of movement, then panic when I can’t remember when she last moved,
Milestones: Surviving Christmas?
Rants/Raves/Vents: Not much, we had a very busy, but fun Christmas. No major incidents to complain about , surprisingly.
Oh I do have one rant. I just got a break from my (lovely) child to get my nails done and someone brought two kids to the nail salon and is letting them watch tablets loudly with no headphones. So rude. I have a worse headache than when I came in.
GTKY: Does anyone do New Year Resolutions? If so, what's yours for 2019? I don’t do anything formal, but I need to reign in the spending since I’m planning on quitting after Mat Leave. Scary! And then I need to work on finding me time to workout.
I really need to take bump pictures. Poor second child.

bex15 my MIL/SIL had many such expectations with my first and no reasonable convos happened. In the end my labour started MOTN, I had a long go of it, and MH was very busy being my support person. It didn’t even occur to us to let anyone know I was in labour until way after the fact and then we just decided man, we’re exhausted, let’s just enjoy this time as a family of 3 for a couple hours. So no one met D1 until about 24 hours after birth and it was really nice, and that’s been our preferred plan since. They don’t love it but they also don’t get any control over it and that’s the end of the story. Staying salty doesn’t serve them because they want to come meet the baby when we do call, so they have learned to accept it. You don’t owe ANYONE a place in your L&D room, or even the info that you’re going. It’s all up to you.

bex15, agreed with Tlex, you are not obligated to call her the minute you go into labor. I would honestly probably just wait until you are ready and if she throws a fit say something like, well we were a little bit busy! The world won't end if she doesn't get to be in the room while the baby is being born.
