Age: 3.5
Milestones:
Challenges: he is rambunctious and emotional Funny/cute stories:
How are you? Fine
Anything else? Debating whether to do swimming lessons next semester, he can finally do the lesson without a parent so it should be an easy decision, but I can’t figure out how that would work with hauling the baby along. The thought of hauling the carseat into the pool is overwhelming to me.
QOTW: Are you ready for the holidays? No 😐 trying to not stress too much about it

Age: I just realized we're less than a month until four. I'm not ready for my baby to be a big kid!
Milestones: He's started doing some actual preschool work when DS1 is doing his school work. I think he may be left handed, which makes me weirdly nervous about teaching him to write. I haven't decided what we're going to do with him as far as home school versus public school goes.
Challenges: POTTY TRAINING IS KILLING MY WILL TO LIVE.
Funny/cute stories: He broke one of DS1's special Christmas ornaments yesterday (and he knew he wasn't supposed to touch it). He was immediately remorseful and offered his favorite snow globe to DS1 while sobbing because he loves it so much. DS1 gave it back to him, which made DS2 cry even harder. So I took him to Michaels and we got some supplies to fix the broken ornament and he did it mostly himself. He was so proud of himself to give it back to DS1.
How are you? Fine. Busy. I started a very part time WFH job, and it's taking a lot of my downtime.
Anything else? Nope.
QOTW: Yes! All we have left to do is wrap presents and buy one more thing. I do need to finish up my gifts for my nieces and nephews, but we won't see any of them until at least January, so I'm not *too* stressed about it.
