Tlex absolutely! These boards have helped me so much every pregnancy, particularly with the GD aspect. If you have more ladies on your board we can join you, just tag us in - I think its me, tngrl3 and strawberrykiki - or if your board doesn't have anyone else we can do a thread here. <3

Tlex yes I could definitely use a support thread! I feel like this time of year makes it especially hard to keep GD in check. hrh thanks for some of the suggestions. I might try yogurt. That's one thing I kind of forget even though I like it. I'm good with boring and sticking with the same few things if I can just find some that works! I've had to cut out most exercise due to my heart arrhythmia, placenta/cord issues, and elevated BP. I think I could handle some light activity and might try to add that in.
