Oh man no kidding. Even with taking the day off yesterday it has been dragging. I didn't get to rest at all on my sick day though. The doctor's visit took about 3 hours altogether. Cass has an ear infection and a lung infection. I have a lung infection.

I finally sold our Kirby vacuum. It was a moment for the memory books.

MH scored on a new tree. Originally $350 and he got it for $98 with tax. 🤑🤑🤑 It looks great.

Morning! I'm at work, wishing it were Friday. I did get a peppermint latte though and it is delicious. I typically drink black coffee, so it's a tasty treat.

Tonight is my company Christmas party. It's from 5-9. Open bar. I have tomorrow off. Evie is staying with my dad and step mom and H has to work tomorrow, so I have NOTHING planned tomorrow!

Morning! Not much on the agenda today. I have a chiro appt in an hour and I’ll have to bring the kids with, so that’ll be interesting. Then we’ll go to the store so n can pick out gifts for all of her Christmas parties and a birthday party. And then they want to go to the children’s museum so we’ll probably go there for a bit too.

The rest of my night did not get better. I fell asleep at 10:45 only for DH to text me at 11 that he left his key in the office so I had to get up and leave one in the garage. Went back to bed and C got up. Was feeding him when DS came to say he threw up “mostly in the bucket” (but mostly not). Was feeding C again when I started to feel very sick. Since I’m not a man though, I finished feeding him, ran him back to his crib, then got sick. Repeated that for the rest of the night. My whole body hurts so much this morning. I haven’t gotten up yet. DH took kids to school and put C down for his nap and just left for work. I should have 1-2 hours to get it together before C is up again. DS is somewhere in the house but H says he’s ok.

kim22 That's rough, I'm sorry the sickness is spreading and hope it passes quickly. Is there anyone close that could come by and help you out?

NOOOO!!!! I'm sorry, that sounds horrible. I hope it passes quickly and nobody else gets it.

Morning! We had our at home photoshoot and it went well(minus me almost losing my mind bc j is the slowest moving kid ever to get dressed). I think I have some solid options and can order cards today!

Thanks for the love but too late, T just got sent home. He hasn’t thrown up yet but he was crying his belly hurt. Good thing is school is 1 block away since I just put a coat over my jammies and picked him up. DH is grabbing his computer at the office and heading home. All 3 big kids had dentist appointments this afternoon so I just canceled those.

I stayed home with Z and took a sick day. I’ve been feeling guilty sending her all week when she’s sick. My boss will probably be upset that I’m not going to get on a call with her later but i need a break too. This Saturday i have to go to my bosses holiday party and it’s more like work than fun. So i need a day off before then.

Also hi! I'm working half day today because DH and I have our first counseling appointment and then we're bringing the boys to see Santa.

My day is off to a gross start after googling my sister's new husband to make sure I had the correct spelling of their last name. Let's just say he's met my kids once and will never be in the same room as them again. Holy hell, WTF was she thinking?! I mean I have to assume she knows since it's public knowledge and popped up immediately. Now I have to tell my parents because they'd better hope they didn't already know and not tell DH and me. This is going to cause a massive blow-out but IDGAF, I'm so angry that no one told me this when I have little kids!!
