Week/Fruit/EDD: 9+4...canapé...July 4th
FTM, Etc: STM 4th pregnancy
Appointments: December 10th for my final ultrasound before I have to wait for the AS. Also getting the Panorama test dine that day.
Milestones: Every day is a milestone right now. Just hoping that the next ultrasound continues to show good results.
Symptoms: Nausea. Constant. Food aversions are starting to get bad. Sore boobs. But the nausea is the worst:(
Rants: DD is sick. She also has her pediatric dentist appointment on Wednesday. I've been reading up on the risks and I'm leaning towards not doing anything. Her baby teeth will be falling out likely within the next year or 2 anyways and at this point the risks seem greater than the reward. Cavities in her baby teeth won't kill her but there is a risk the anesthesia could...even if it's only a tiny chance something could go wrong I'm not taking it. My niece had the same problem when she was DD's age. My brother opted to do nothing and her adult teeth now are totally fine (she's a teenager now and has had no issues since). That's my rant for today.
Raves: Last week's US was amazing. SO is coming to the one next week since it's the last one until mid February.

Week/Fruit/EDD: As of my appointment today, EDD is 7/15. This is the third due date I've had, we'll see if this one sticks. FTM, Etc: STM, second pregnancy Appointments: Just had one this morning and they were able to squeeze me in for an ultrasound this afternoon. I can't wait! Milestones: None? Symptoms: The nausea is the worst. I can barely eat because of it. My boobs are also continuing to kill me. Rants: I'm hungry but struggle to eat. Raves: We had a very busy but super fun weekend.

That's my rant for today. Are the cavities on her back teeth? Can you see them when she smiles? If not, there is an alternative that you might consider. It is called Silver Diamine Flouride. It will stop the progression of the cavity and can be applied in about 30-60 seconds without anesthesia (basically same application as any other fluoride). The only downside is that it will turn the place it is applied to black. Also, I may have to be reapplied in 6-12 months or so but it usually doesn't cost much. I think at the office I worked at it was $50ish with out insurance (much less with).

Week/Fruit/EDD: 6w5d, chocolate chip
FTM, Etc: STM (2yo DS)
Appointments: December 14th for confirmation sono
Milestones: None
Symptoms: Nausea is keeping on the wayside, which is much appreciated. This baby loves tacos and Indian food, so eating a lot of spicy or acidic food, hopefully this won't trigger my issues with stomach acid I had last time. Boobs hurt something effing awful.
Rants: Wishing I had some time to take off before the holidays kick in. We're traveling for two weeks to two different far away states to see both sets of parents and I just know I'm going to be wiped by the time we get home. At least it'll be fun to tell everyone in person this time, as opposed to last time where we told by phone.
Raves: Indian buffet for lunch with a coworker. Yes pls!

Week/Fruit/EDD: 6w4d, blueberry
FTM, Etc: 4thTM
Appointments: next Thursday is my first
Milestones: none really
Symptoms: still freezing all the time. No morning sickness yet but I am sure it will hit this week.
Rants: none that I can think of. Besides my dream that I was having twins 🤣
Raves: I am coming to terms with this pregnancy and am starting to get excited. I really want to savor everything and enjoy it as much as I can since it will (hopefully!) be our last. I am excited about being a SAHM, too.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 8 or 9. EDD 7/8 or 7/15, depending who you ask.
FTM, Etc: 3TM
Appointments: None this week, I go back Dec 27th.
Milestones: We saw Baby last week!
Symptoms: Nausea. Tiredness. So much tiredness.
Rants: I’m having a hard time changing my EDD to 7/8 in my head. I *know* I ovulated late that cycle but my OB still wants to go off my LMP. My labs and measurements all add up to an EDD of 7/15.
Raves: I’m not sure I have any yet for this week.

blackcat that is super frustrating. My practice only changes from LMP if baby is measuring more than 5 days different. DD3 measured 5 days later than LMP suggested but they did not change my due date. As a result I was kind of pushed into a 41w induction, when truly I was probably closer to 40w. It was a frustrating experience for sure. Just remember to advocate for yourself, especially towards the end of your pregnancy if they get pushy about inducing!

Week/Fruit/EDD: 7w1d/Playing dice (????) or wee raspberry/July 21, 2019
FTM, Etc: STM
Appointments: Had one this morning; based on O date, I should have been 6w5d. US tech measured babe at 6w6d and based on LMP (which is exclusively what my OB's office goes by) I'm 7w1d; since measurements were only 2 days off from that, they are leaving me as 7w1d. Ok, fine. Doctor will review the results and call me to schedule my next appointment for between 10-12 weeks. I'm hoping I can get the Informaseq done then.
Milestones: Got to see my little jelly bean this morning!
Symptoms: I'm exhausted. I've had waves of nausea but nothing major.
Rants: Nothing that I can think of.
Raves: Just so excited to have seen the little HB flickering away. It's definitely starting to feel real! Oh, also I found out I'm getting a $5k annual raise and a bonus that will be in my paycheck in a couple of weeks, so that's great news.

blackcat You can't see the cavities at all. I read about the silver diamine online and was thinking about asking the dentist about this. Is the chemical itsself safe for younger children?

sammysam, yes, it is safe. There are not any side effects other than the black staining.

sammysam, yes, it is safe. There are not any side effects other than the black staining. Amazing! Thank you. I will definitely be asking about this tomorrow!!! Most of my family members and friends took their kids to sleep dentists but I'm just not comfortable with that. This would be a perfect solution.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 9w2d, grape. 9/7EDD
FTM, Etc STM
Appointments: none till after Christmas.
Milestones: none
Symptoms: nausea comes in cycles of several days. Also a ridiculous amount of bloating and heartburn.
Rants: My partner at work is going on vacation for the next week and a half. He’s the only one at work who knows I’m pregnant (it was kind of impossible to hide once the nausea started), so I’m not looking forward to masking all my symptoms until he returns. I’m not ready for it to be public knowledge yet, but depending on how my next few shifts go I may have to start telling people so the rumor mill doesn’t get started.
Raves: DH has been so helpful and understanding the last few weeks.
