Hey-ya! DH let me sleep in this morning despite E walking up early and our discussion of me taking E to the pool. So I woke up just before and E and I rushed out to the pool so we could get some wiggles/ calories out before they closed at 10.

I made it to a turkey burn workout class. Now I’m showered and on our way to my parents for the day.

We landed. Neither kid slept on the plane but of course MH did. They behaved for the most part though. You’re a better person than I am. Dh his spleen would have been in two from me elbowing him. |

I called in sick today because we're getting a new hot water heater. So while the guy installs it downstairs, I've been organizing all my digital photos.

peachsmama made my day so much less boring! I’m so thankful for all you wonderful ladies. You’ve made me laugh, offered insights and support. I feel very lucky to have such an wonderful group of friends and hope to have the chance to meet some off you next year.

Hey! S slept till 6 today and it was glorious!
But she’s been cranky all morning and having some issues walking due to her Dystonia. So I think she must be having some pain from it. I gave her some Motrin in addition to her medication for it, so hopefully when she wakes up from nap she will feel better.
Today is just me, MH, and S. We are going a little off the traditional route for dinner...but not too far off. We are just having fried turkey breast with mashed potatoes and gravy. And I have a pumpkin pie and a chocolate pie as well for dessert.

15 minutes and I leave my in laws.. lord. Normally it's just the small group of us and it's fun but this year everyone is here and it sucks.

I’m going to bed in a view 😉. Plus have never made a true America shirt crust pie that tasted any good... Our pie/pastry is different 🤷🏼♀️. |

Dinner was slightly edible this year. Dhs aunt made the potatoes gravy and stuffing so I had that. The turkey was super over cooked. But better than the usual undercooked.

The installation was done and I had it all cleaned up by 11:30, so i was going to head to the mall to shop for nothing specific but I knew I’d spend money. I went to my closet instead and tried on all sorts of clothes, brought some stuff forward that fits and some to the donate pile.
Not spending money and making a responsible decision = More adulting today...
