Week/Fruit/EDD: I don't even know at this point. My original due date was 7/5. Based on my ultrasound it is 7/11 but the tech said that since we couldn't see baby that that date might not be accurate and we will have to wait for a follow up ultrasound to get better measurements.
FTM, Etc
Appointments: Next scheduled appointment is 12/3 with my OB but I should have an ultrasound before then.
Milestones: First ultrasound, even though we didn't get to see as much as we expected.
Symptoms: Completely miserable. Nausea, sore boobs, insomnia, exhaustion, mood swings. I feel like a hot mess.
Rants: Friends of ours got married over the weekend and I was too sick and tired to enjoy any of it.
Raves: I had a pretzel and lemonade from Auntie Ann's at the mall yesterday and they were delicious.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 7+4, July 4th
FTM, Etc: STM, 4th pregnancy
Appointments: November 29th for my next scan
Milestones: Seeing both a baby and a heartbeat. This is so so huge for me since it's the first good ultrasound we've had in 2 years!
Symptoms: So much nausea. Sore sore boobs. Still stupid insomnia.
Rants: Did I mention the nausea?
Raves: Just that first us. Seeing baby and a beating heart...I still don't fully believe it's real but it has allowed me to relax at least marginally.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 4w4d, poppy seed, I think July 25th??
FTM, Etc: This will be my fourth kiddo
Appointments: just called this morning, first appt is December 13!
Milestones: after 4 days of my pee sticks being the same, today's was finally a little bit darker.
Symptoms: none yet. Eating all the things before morning sickness hits.
Rants: I waited 15 minutes on hold to make my first appointment. I am still considering switching to a midwife practice, but I heard through the grapevine that they have a BMI cutoff (that I am seriously 3 or 4 pounds away from). I think I will go to my first appointment at my old practice and see what my BMI is there, then transfer if I can make it under the cutoff.
Raves: I literally just reevaluated my live and committed to starting nursing school this fall. I am wrapping up my first semester now. However, I don't think I can afford another year+ of childcare for 3 while I am not working, taking a term off to give birth, and the $5K+ my births usually cost on my insurance, so I think I am going to have to drop out or at least put school on hold for a while to stay at home with my kiddos and save on daycare. I have come around to being really happy about it, but I feel like other people are going to see me as a quitter. I need to stop GAF what they think I guess.

@frank I saw your post in the general forum and was hoping you would join in soon! peachesncream Who cares how others see you. You do what is best for your family. School will always be there when you're ready. Plus, I bet everyone looks at you and is amazed that you are raising 3 kids and going to school! I doubt anyone would ever see you as a quitter for taking time first to raise your family!

champagne Everything crossed for your appointment Friday. I'm sure it will be great! And don't worry. The symptoms will come. With my first I felt great until around 6 weeks when nausea started. And even that wasn't too bad. I was walking around thinking "what's all the fuss? This is so easy!". And then when 10 weeks hit I could barely move without throwing up. I was so so sick for the rest of the pregnancy. So I'm enjoying any good days I have!

Week/Fruit/EDD: 7+2, blueberry. 7/7
FTM, Etc: STM
Appointments: one week from today!!
Milestones: none
Symptoms: nausea, fatigue, super sniffer.
Rants: I can smell everything. I can’t open the fridge without gagging because the smell of everything at once is overwhelming.
Raves: lemon or lime juice in water. Plain water and sweetened beverages make me nauseated, but a splash of lemon is so refreshing.

moreorless Lemon or lime in water was my go to...until my pregnancy last year where I over did it one day by leaving too many slices of each in my water over night. Bleh. Now I just eat a slice of lemon when I have to go out somewhere and it seems to help a bit...at least for a short while:)

My sisters never had morning sickness so maybe my family just had good luck in that department. I should really try to appreciate it more.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 6, Sweet Pea, 7/15
FTM, Etc: 3TM
Appointments: None this week, OB next Thursday. I really should decide on a provider though.
Milestones: None really.
Symptoms: Welp. Add me to the retching camp. The nausea is so bad this time, idk how I handled it last time. I’m exhausted this week and still not sleeping well. I was up 3-4 hours last night.
Rants: Nothing seems to help my nausea this week; not ginger, not lemon, not essential oils, not protein, not carbs, nothing. I’m going to have to give in on the Zofran soon.
Raves: It’s THANKSGIVING WEEK! I am so excited about eating 4 thanksgiving meals in 4 days (given that I can keep them down).

champagne You are SOOOO lucky! My whole family gets terrible MS. So I was doomed from the start. At least one wonderful genetic trait I did inherit that makes up for it is that no one in my family gets stretch marks from pregnancy. So I'm trying to hold on to that while I walk around feeling like I'm going to either throw up or pass out all day long:/ I so hope you're one of the lucky ones who doesn't get hit with this constant hangover feeling.

Thanks guys. I got a call from my doc yesterday afternoon, my 16dpo beta (Friday's draw) was 209. Everything I read says that is well within normal, and it's higher than I was at that point with my daughter, but they wanted me to come in and do another draw, so I went right away yesterday (around 3pm) to have a repeat (to make sure it's doubling/good doubling time). I called them around 11 and heard back that the results aren't back yet, so I'm just sitting on my hands waiting for the call...I'm hoping the results come back today so I don't have to keep freaking out over night. Basically I'm hoping for anything over 500 as that will mean a doubling time of ~48 hours, which is normal. I know there's a wide range for normal and my betas were pretty low with my daughter; I just want some good news so that I can be excited about this pregnancy instead of freaking out that I'm going to lose it or that it's ectopic or something. Thanks, anxiety.

FTM, Etc: 3rd time
Appointments: I had blood work yesterday, then again tomorrow and Friday. I have an ultrasound on 12/7.

Rants: so tired of being tired and waiting so impatiently for the nurse to call with my levels today.
Raves: none.

5 weeks 1 day today, apple seed
3rd baby
No appointments until Dec 14, no milestones. Haven’t told a soul except H of course, so this doesn’t even feel real yet.
Symptoms... Just a general yuck feeling. I happen to have a cold right now so I have gunk throat combined with queasy stomach.
Rants -. We won’t tell anyone until after thanksgiving, so I have to do the fake drinking thing. Should make the day considerably less enjoyable 😂. My H is leaving on a work trip for a week on Black Friday. I hope the sickness doesn’t ramp up while he’s gone. Also my 4 year old may kill me with her attitude.
Raves - just sinking in, and I’m happy to be doing this all again

Today’s numbers were only in the 300’s from 260 last Wednesday. They have decided not to continue the hcg beta labs. Instead I am going next Thursday for an exam and having an ultrasound on the 7th.

Radley Have they said anything regarding the numbers? I'm sorry you're stuck in this limbo. It is definitely the worst not knowing exactly what is going on. I hope things pick up and the us ends up going well.

Radley Have they said anything regarding the numbers? I'm sorry you're stuck in this limbo. It is definitely the worst not knowing exactly what is going on. I hope things pick up and the us ends up going well. At this point they have essentially said there is no chance it’s viable. They are monitoring me to see if I’ll miscarry on my own or if it’s ectopic and will need intervention.

@frank waiting for betas is the worst. I was so anxious in between. I’m no longer doing blood draws but now I’m anxious over my first ultrasound. I hope the time passes quickly for you and ends with positive results. Radley I’m so sorry for being in limbo again. Sending hugs and hoping the baby continues to grow.
