My body has finally gone rogue - after having pretty clockwork cycles before meds, and only slightly more wonky cycles on meds, my body seems to have forgotten how to ovulate on its own. I'm at CD19 and have had over a week of negative OPKs. I am in uncharted waters here.
QOTW: I have a "Hope" necklace that I wear a lot, and I was recently given a "Luck" charm bangle that I wear almost daily.

Thanks daisy818. Welcome to the long WTO club! Still plugging away in this god-forsaken natural cycle. I feel like it is never going to end. Karma for me worrying about ovulating too early and having monitoring interfering with our out of town family wedding in July! I'm going to wait one more week before I call the RE and get a Provera rx. QOTW: Do you have any IF good luck charms? Nope, nothing. I do have assorted "fertility" statues and things, but obviously those haven't worked. :-P

Sorry you haven't ovulated yet daisy818. I hope you O soon! I hope you O soon too fatpony! I'm 8DPO in my third cancelled TI attempt. I will start testing on Friday at 10DPO because I have a bunch of Wondfos. At this point, I'm right on track for my SIS on July 3rd, which is awesome for my work schedule. I have zero symptoms, but I'm still hopeful that we can get pregnant on our own (mostly). QOTW: I don't have any IF good luck charms. Maybe I should get one/some. Can't hurt! Hi! I am so sorry I have been MIA. Life is crazy. I accepted a new job. I end my current job on the 30th of June and I don't start the new job until the 21st! I am so thankful that I am able to swing getting two weeks off in between jobs. And, I just found out that my brother is going to be coming home on the 30th which is the most perfect timing! And now for the news that you all want. I'm pregnant!!! So the beginning of the story is that I'm a genius and I was convinced my appointment was on Wednesday, turns out it was actually today. But I did show up at the office on Wednesday and they went ahead and did my scan and all my blood work. With the warning that if my HCG came back kind of low it could still possibly be the trigger. When you do the booster shot, you come back in two weeks plus two days and not the normal 2 weeks. I swear that my paperwork had two weeks on it, but they had me scheduled in the computer for 2 weeks, 2 days. So I'm not sure who messed it up, oops.
The crazy fun part of the story is that on Wednesday my HCG was 211! So despite the fact that I kind of showed up for my appointment a little bit early, per the PA, I am super pregnant!
I had repeat betas drawn this morning, and as soon as I walked in the phlebotomist was like so what did you think of that number?!? Cue laughing, and I asked her what the consensus was on how many babies were in there. Because I know it got talked about at the office. Which was verified when I had like two of the nurses run out to talk to me. Everyone is very impressed by my 211. I am very curious about what today's number is going to be, and of course how this is going to end. I did have two dominant follicles, so I'm well aware that multiples could be a possibility. So this should be interesting.
I am incredibly optimistic right now. Which is a good good feeling!

I got the best news yesterday - after about a dozen phone calls, I got my Ovidrel covered!
I only had to pay $48 OOP for the Femara, Ovidrel, and Progesterone.

So I got my HCG results! It's at 423, so basically doubled. My progesterone dropped to 23 and I am trying not to stress about it because it is still above where they want it. I can't help but worry about what if it continues to drop. It went from 31 to 29, and then from 29 to 23 in 2 days. I know that fluctuation is normal but previous losses have me worried.
Someone make me feel better.

nuggetrn Congratulations on doubling betas!! Remember to breathe. Are they going to recheck your progesterone? It is still above where they want it, so try not to stress about it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

nuggetrn, congrats on doubling betas! I know it must be really hard to see progesterone fluctuating like that, but remember that today you are pregnant and today your progesterone is where it needs to be and take it one day at a time. Crossing everything for a sticky baby for you!!!

BFN for me this morning. I'm 10DPO, so it might just be early, but my LPs are typically 11-12 days long. I'm planning on testing tomorrow for drinking purposes.

nuggetrn, Did they offer progesterone to you at all? Can you request it? After the pharmacy told me it wasn't covered and the insurance was demanding a pre-authorization, I called the clinic, but they couldn't access the pre-authorization forms. So I logged into my account and went to the pre-auth forms (which are specific to each drug). Of course, when I searched ovidrel it wasn't listed. So I called insurance again and basically made the woman on the other end call and fax the form to the RE. Then Costco re-ran it. At first she said I could have only one vial covered and I said, that's BS because I've been prescribed 2. So she tried the second one and it worked. The shock in her voice at me even getting one covered was evident. This skips some of the intermediary phone calls.

amberr, daisy818, fatpony, orangehibiscus, Thank you ladies! So I called the office back and have been waiting for the PA to call me back but now it is almost 6 and I am afraid I won't get a phone call. I'll be honest, I already have plenty of progesterone at home plus refills... I don't want to be the crazy person that tries to diagnose and treat myself but I am feeling a touch crazy. And how awful will I feel if my progesterone bottoms out and I know I could have helped it. I wish the PA would have called me.

fatpony That is awesome you were able to get the pre auth! Very impressed. Do you have any kind of fertility coverage? Is that why she was so shocked that that went through?

That's awesome that you have fertility coverage fatpony! nuggetrn You can call the on-call RE provider and ask them about taking the progesterone since you have it at home already? That would put your mind at ease. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

**TW Squinter**
Well, I woke up this morning and temped like normal. My temp went up. I'm not spotting yet like I typically am, so I tested this morning. I got the squintiest of squinters. H couldn't see it though. I sent it to 2 friends. One couldn't see it, but one could.
I just tested again, and got another squinter. H looked at it about 45 min after the time limit, and he could see it now.
I feel like my period is coming, but I'm planning on testing again tomorrow morning.
