Week/EDD: 10w4d, EDD 6/6/19
Baby is the size of: an olive
FTM
Appointments: first OB appointment on 11/14! It’s so surreal to be leaving our RE’s office
Milestones: getting to the OB!
Symptoms: Bonjesta is really helping the nausea, but it definitely makes the fatigue worse! Nothing new really, just the same symptoms at this point
Rants: nothing today
Raves: I had a great weekend! We went to see my latest show, and H enjoyed it (it’s always nice when he likes the plays I work on, lol!) Yesterday a few of my friends and I got together for tea for my birthday. We had a great afternoon!
GTKY: my birthday inspired this question! I love anything chocolate, but especially ice cream. H is picking up an ice cream cake on his way home from work tonight

Week/EDD: 14, 5/10
Baby is the size of: beet
FTM, Etc: TTM
Appointments: last week. More lab work in a week, then another check in 3.5 weeks
Milestones: 2nd tri! Woo hoo!
Symptoms: nausea, but less with the meds. Tired. Some heartburn.
Rants: I am just so tired, and everything feels overwhelming.
Raves: 2nd trimester! We are finally telling people, so that is a relief.
GTKY: what is your favorite dessert? It varies, but chocolate is a definite favorite. If I am feeling fancy then tiramisu or creme brulee. Ice cream is always a good bet though.

courtniko, creme brûlée is H’s favorite. He even bought himself a culinary torch so he can make it at home.

Week/EDD: 8w4d / June20
Baby is the size of: strawberry
STM
Appointments: None until Dec
Milestones: None?
Symptoms: nausea, tired
Rants: I'm having a hard time with seeing my weight creep up already. I feel like I'm constantly hungry. Before getting pregnant I had lost 50lbs on WW so although I know its normal and good and part of being pregnant, its hard to shift my mindset while also still trying to be healthy and mindful of what I eat.
Raves: Nothing, I'm grumpy as can be.
GTKY: what is your favorite dessert? I love brownies and ice cream

Week/EDD: 14, May 9
Baby Ian the size of: a beet
STM
Appointments: December 5, and should be scheduling the anatomy scan soon
Milestones: 2nd tri! Yay!!
Symptoms: A little heartburn, aching joints
Rants: DH finally told his mom about the pregnancy last week. One of the first things she said was "Where is the baby going to sleep, in the closet?" For some reason that comment was really hurtful but I'm trying not to let it bother me too much.
Raves: I went Christmas shopping with my sister today and bought most of the gifts I needed to buy, including for DDs December birthday and my nephews November birthday. Feeling very ahead of schedule right now!
GTKY: I love all desserts but I think pie is my favorite.

sunny75, if it helps, my aunt has told me before that I can’t have more than 2 kids, because I don’t have enough bedrooms. I have a 4 bedroom house. Not to mention, the bedrooms are pretty big, and would easily fit bunk beds.

@starzia, bonzo Thanks for your input. I wasn't sure if I was being a crazy pregnant or if her comment was crazy. I'm not sure why our small house personally offends her? And OMG your aunt bonzo. I have no words for that. Is it really so unusual to have children sharing rooms these days?

sunny75, my aunt has all sorts of opinions. I’ve learned to just let her talk sometimes and not argue, because it’s seriously not worth getting into an argument about. Like, it’s absolutely none of her business how many kids we have, or where they sleep! But I’m not going to change her opinion, unless we get to the point where we’re having #3 and then she’ll fall in love with the baby. For now though, we’re just finally on #1 so I let it go. And yeah, it’s taken me years to get to this point, and there are still times when she gets under my skin.

Week/EDD: 12w 1d / May 26th
Baby is the size of: Lime/Apricot
FTM, Etc: STM, DS is 20 months
Appointments: Thursday! Screening, ultrasound etc. Getting nervous.
Milestones: Well, we put DS in a toddler bed this week. I was dreading it, but he did really well. Got it out of the way, and after Christmas I'll try and potty train... Which I'm also dreading.
Symptoms: Headaches. Exhaustion. Little bit of nausea.
Rants: I'm so tired all the time, and I've been a bit short with DS. I feel like crap. And I have to start doing taxes to get our income figured out for the year, I'm kind of procrastinating it.
Raves: Excited to be close to second trimester. And I started PT, and event the few little things I've started have helped me.
GTKY: what is your favorite dessert?: I'm not very into sweets right now. I usually like anything with baked apple in it.

Week/EDD: 7w5d
Baby is the size of: raspberry
FTM, Etc : TTM (mom to twins)
Appointments: Less than a week away
Milestones:
Symptoms: nausea, sore boobs, dizziness
Rants: I can't tell if my midnight puking sessions are from the hormones or from having to change my reflux medications, or a combination of the two. Also, work is really crazy right now. I really wanted to stay home and rest today but had too much to get done.
Raves: As lousy as the symptoms make me feel, I know I'd be paranoid without them. I'm also thankful for an excuse to wear leggings and pants with stretchy bands all winter.
GTKY: what is your favorite dessert? I love all things ice cream. I also really love pie - ala mode of course. My favorite dessert has to be warm apple pie with a slice of cheddar cheese and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

Week/Fruit: 13w2d/ Lemon

Appointments: None this week
Symptoms: Most annoying thing is continued nausea/vomiting. I think I’m less tired, less unmotivated.
Rants: Waiting on the genetic screening/sex report is torture.
Raves: Excited to be almost in 2nd tri!
GTKY: anything chocolate, gimme.

OB appointment went well! I really like the OB I saw, and it was great to see the baby again! I can’t believe I don’t have another appointment for 4 weeks...after everything at the RE it seems so long!

Going longer between appointments is such a nice break but also hard to wait to see the baby!

Finally today is over... Took DS into town for a rash on his lip and bum, it's probably nothing but could be a bunch of terribly infectious things. Ugh. A week of cortisone, then back for heavier stuff if it's not better.
Ultrasound was good, baby was laying in the wrong direction and wouldn't move, no matter how much the tech shook, poked, prodded or had me move. Didn't get any cute pictures, and only got two of the readings she wanted. At least we got the screening blood work done, we'll get the results next week. HB of 163, and that baby was ready to fight the tech, lol.
