Yes!!!!
We're house hunting today. Have a house we bought 3 years ago, started renovating, but have never lived in. I think we're just going to sell it now. Even though it has rooms that are torn apart. Good luck to us:/

Yes!
I’ve got a lot to get done today but I don’t feel like doing any of it. We stay up way too late at the neighbors house last night. It was after midnight when we came home; I’m usually in bed by 9/9:30.
I do have to go get my kids at some point today- they’ve been at my parents since Friday night.
I really should go to the grocery too.

sammysam maybe someone who would be interested in flipping will buy it? What is the market like in your area?

But I have a birthday party to go to this afternoon and a photo shoot to do this evening. Which means hours of editing is coming my way 😭 I would definitely put off picking up your kiddos until after the grocery store trip.

sammysam maybe someone who would be interested in flipping will buy it? What is the market like in your area? Our house is on a very "desired" street. Normally when people buy there they gut and renovate anyways. So I'm hoping it won't matter much. Plus we got it for a steal...so at least we won't lose any money. I hope:/

Whelp. I didn’t get much done today...
I spend more time than I planned at my parent when picking my kids up. Not a bad thing, just means I didn’t have time for other stuff.
And grocery shopping turned into a 2 hour family excursion and I spent wayyyyyy too much money. At least we will eat good this week. I’ve got stuff for homemade Stromboli, beef roast/stew, Chipotle Lime pork tenderloin, ham steak, and some kind of chicken.
We had fish tonight and it was soo good but I got nauseous halfway through and couldn’t finish.
I haven’t got any house cleaning done except running a load of laundry and emptying the dishwasher. Oh well, everything else will still be there tomorrow.

Anyone want to recommend their pregnancy app? There are so many options I wasn’t sure which one is the best. sammysam if you’re in a desired area I’m sure it will sell. I live in a v v hot market and people are selling houses in poor condition and getting way over asking, but I know it’s very area specific. Good luck though!

Thanks champagne . That's what I'm hoping. As long as we break even on it I'm happy. I just want to be in a house as a family by the time baby arrives.

I have like 6 pregnancy apps. I was trying to decide which one I liked best but I gave up and just decided to keep them all. Pregnancy+, BabyCenter, What to Expect, Ovia, Sprout, Pregnancy tracker I think I Pregnancy+ and Ovia the best.

I am SOO freaking hungry this week. Like wanting to eat every 2 hours hungry. Nausea and hungry are not a good combo.

I get nauseous so I feel like I should eat, then I eat and feel a little better. And then in about 20 minutes I’m nauseous again. And plus also I want to eat everything but it tastes weird.

The nausea has become so so bad that I can't eat during the day at work or I become completely useless. So I'm starving and dry heaving by the time I get home each afternoon. At which point I eat too much to try to get the nausea to go away. Which of course only makes it worse. I need to find snacks my stomach can handle during the day because what I'm doing now is not working.

sammysam, have you tried string cheese or peanut butter? Something with protein usually helps. With DD I carried a jar of PB in my purse.

Peanut butter is sounding so gross to me so far. I love it but I couldn’t stand it with DS1 either.

sammysam carb+protein helps me. Right now cream cheese is my go-to. I did bread and cream cheese this morning but I’m going to pick up some bagels next grocery trip. Sandwiches with deli meat are also good right now.

This afternoon when I went to do my mid day progesterone suppository I saw a little pink on the injection stick when I pulled it out. I also wasn’t feeling well today and got dizzy at one point. Cue freak out. I called my REs office and they said the pink was totally normal and usually from irritation from all the suppositories, or I could have hit a blood vessel. They said to call back if the bleeding picks up. They chalked the not feeling well up to the poor air quality we’ve been having. I’m in Cali which is basically on fire everywhere. I’m trying to relax tonight and made my H order us food.

champagne My doctor always reminds me that spotting during pregnancy is totally normal. I know when it's happening it is terrifying and your mind always jumps to the worst case scenario but I know so many ladies on here who have had bleeding, from just spotting to full on passing clots, who went on to have beautiful full term babies. I am sure everything is perfect! I would tell you to try to relax but I know that's easier said than done. When is your appointment next week? Hopefully that will help to make you feel better:)

Yep. It's 4am and I've been up since 2am. I am going to die at work. I need to get up in 2 hours. Gah! SO told me to get a doctor's note and go off work once this semester ends. I would get full pay so it's totally feasible but I immediately said no...on nights like this though I'm tempted:/

sammysam, I fell you! The pregnancy insomnia has already started this time. I've been waking up around 1:00 every night and not being able to get back to sleep until 3:00/3:30. DH gets up at 5:00 and I end up tossing and turning until 6:00ish. I took a unisom last night in hopes that I would get at lease a little bit more sleep and it totally backfired. I slept worse than I have in a week and am a b!tchy bear today.

So I’m just keeping my fingers crossed.

sammysam and blackcat I’m sorry for the lack of sleep! I haven’t been sleeping well either but they are doing road work in our neighborhood at night and that’s what is keeping me up. sammysam I’m a little jealous that you have an opportunity to go off work in the 2nd trimester. I would totally do it if I could!

I would totally do it if I could! Yeah. We're lucky here with our health care and mat leave. I could potentially be off work for close to 2 years without penalty. We get our full salary if we are off on medical leave and then our full salary for the first 3 months of mat leave. The rest of the 18 months of mat leave we can collect Employment Insurance. It's not a lot but knowing my job is safe and waiting for me when I come back is amazing. I likely won't go off too early...I love my job...but my classroom has no air conditioning and I'm in the third floor with all huge windows in my room facing the daytime sun... so once the warmer weather hits I'll have to go off early. But I'm definitely planning on taking the full 18 months of mat leave!
