More bloodwork results. One of them I have no idea how to read but the other shows 5 streptococcus titers that are low. I'm assuming we'll be re-vaccinating but I'm waiting for a call from the immunologist.
At the ENT yesterday they did a hearing test. H's right ear didn't pass everything but we had already been waiting 1.5 hours so the audiologist wasn't sure if he was just done or if he really wasn't hearing the quieter noises. She did the newborn screening test and he didn't do great on that one either.

L started climbing out of her crib last weekend (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO). Last night she slept horribly and then was up at 4 for the day. At 3am she was singing "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" really loudly. Maybe someone had too much sugar yesterday?? Chase belts out the Star Spangled Banner from his bed on the regular, no excess sugar required. Kids are weird. |

If a bowl was left out Cadence would go up to it and see what they were offering. 9 times out of 10 she would say she didn't want any of it and walk away.

Morning. AF showed up this morning, I am tired, and I'm just not in the mood to be at work. I have a dentist appointment this afternoon and I'm looking forward to it because it means I get to leave the office. Yikes. I also need to get back on the therapist search while things aren't terrible at home. DNW to find myself back to walking on eggshells and not have made any headway.
Does anyone have any recommendations on books specifically about dealing with introverted kids? Colin is clearly introverted and I want to do what I can to combat it coming across as unfriendly, since that's something I've battled my whole life. I need some ideas on how to nudge him without making him feel like I'm trying to change who he is, because that's another thing I'm familiar with and it sucks. I just want my kid to grow up without being a neurotic mess like his Mom - that can't be too much to ask, right? LOL.

Chase started requesting lollipops once he got over his initial hesitation about the whole TOT process. It's a good thing he looked so cute last night! |

I had a dentist appointment this morning and me and the hygienist had a great chat about pregnancy and children and she's also lost a baby. She made a comment " I think we were meant to be friends" A has an appointment with her tomorrow. Would it be weird to send a note thanking her for the conversation with my number? She was so sweet and I didn't even think in the moment to give her my number.

M would knock and then run back a couple feet and turn back around to face the door. If they didn't open it right then she'd turn back to me and shrug. Then she go ring to the door bell or knock a million times again. Lol. |

Good morning. C has an ear infection, T has croup, and I feel like a swallowed a bag of nails. Halloween was fun though, only C was sick yesterday. It was busy though. I hope everyone is feeling better soon! |

It was going to taste so good, I was starving and didn't have time to go buy something. Luckily I now am eating a Mexican bowl, not nearly as good as the Chinese though.

Why is kid sock sizing so hard? H is now in a size 10 shoe so the 4t-5t socks are getting too small. I went to the girls’ section in Kohl’s and it was like reading Chinese. I bought what I thought was the right ones but they are clearly too big just looking at them next to H’s foot. According to this chart she should be in the M but I think she needs the small.  |
