M’s team won the soccer championship tonight! The boys were so excited to get their trophies. M FaceTimed all the grandparents to show it off. So glad it’s done. As soon as we got in the car to head home, M asked me, “After soccer is over, what sport do I play now?” LOL.
My coworker asked me if we were doing basketball and I was all nope octopus. I didn’t even mention it to M because he wants to play all the sports.

My cat is 13 and has suddenly decided he's a kitten again. Waking me up to play, batting at my feet, bringing me mice, stealing food from my plate. I think one of his 9 lives just started over.. I woke up to him laying on my chest, staring me in the face this morning!

tgrimes if you can draw a shark you can just buy some sugar sheets, draw the shark with edible markers and cut out, put on cake. That's what I was looking for yesterday but I can't find any with all of the characters. Don't worry, I'll be googling more. |

I wouldn’t think that someone would eat it, because I need to have some faith in humanity that the majority of people aren’t gross like that. Not that throwing it out is any better, the end result is still a maaaaad Wine, but people get weird about cleaning fridges sometimes. |

I wonder if I can just print the sharks out and make the cake topper myself with toothpicks. I think Etsy has some downloads... That looks like one of those edible images that you put on a sheet cake. You could check at the nearby grocery store and see if they have anything like that. Yes, that link I posted is an edible topper. I checked the local stores and no one has baby shark images. That's why I was thinking that maybe I could get a Finding Dory cake, minus the plastic Dory topper and print out the baby shark family for the topper.  |

klong11 I love you. I was thinking of doing each shark individually, but I think I'll just print out one of those group ones and be done with it. It's just for a family party so it doesn't have to be fancy. Thank you!

Hi super busy at work. I just finished reading the schools monthly news and they just recommended TJ’s cookie butter as an alternative to peanut butter. That has no nutritional qualities at all. They gave me a ten page packet at the beginning of the school year with the expectations for lunch. I don’t think cookie butter meets those expectations. Also It’s supposedly a nut free school but LO received peanut m&ms yesterday. This school confuses me more and more. We use trader Joe's sun butter. I agree cookie butter is ridiculous. Maybe that candy was sent in from parents or something? Ours is pretty strict, even for stock the lounge for teacher lounge it's all no nuts. |
