L started climbing out of her crib last weekend (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO). Last night she slept horribly and then was up at 4 for the day. At 3am she was singing "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" really loudly. Maybe someone had too much sugar yesterday??

Morning! Josie asked for candy for breakfast. We settled on strawberries and raisin toast. Not exactly an even exchange in her mind.
We have gymnastics this morning, then I need to get my act together for Josie’s party!!

Morning ladies! The kids seem to have finally adjusted to dst and both woke at 06.30 today. Bored at work (new job). All my colleagues are in a training and there’s nobody here to tell me what to do... meanwhile at my other job I’m squeezing 24 hours of work into 16 😖. Really hoping for a quiet evening tonight.

Morning! Last night was fun, but I'm tired. Evie was tired. I told her she has 2.5 hours of preschool, then can relax the rest of the day. I feel sorry for school teachers today!

Morning.
I’m procrastinating in bed. M2 didn’t sleep good last night and I’m tired.
My trainee is pretty self sufficient now so hopefully I can be around more and get some things done on the computer. We may or may not have our last soccer game tonight. It was rained out last week and will rain today, too.

Cadence was pretty sure her birthday was today because we kept telling her it was after Halloween and duh, today is technically after Halloween. No dear, you've got a couple more weeks.

Morning. I’m still feeling crummy so it’s going to be a lazy day here with probably too much TV.
The kids had fun last night and we had a whopping 12 trick or treaters come by. The big street in town where everyone goes had 1300 kids! No thank you.

Got home from TOT last night and we still had a whole bowl of candy. Apparently, mh was giving out just one piece to each kid.....wtf? They are out there in the RAIN and you're giving them 1?  It's like he was asking them to egg our house. |

We also had a lot of candy leftover. I saw tons of kids out but we only had 10 (including my two and our friend’s toddler!) I guess since we are close to the main road the kids don’t come down as far?
Making one last grocery store run with C then it’s home to clean frantically and pack. MIL arrives early afternoon

I’m way too tired. E woke up every 2 hours. Not fun. DC is closed until next Wednesday so we have a nanny coming. LO doesn’t want to go to school because of the nanny. So not fun. However yesterday was great LO had fun and E enjoyed all the attention she got.

We have a ton of candy left too. I just put a bowl out and I guess kids were only taking one or two. Take a handful, kids!
ETA: I am glad kids weren't just emptying the bowl into their pillowcase though!

Good morning. C has an ear infection, T has croup, and I feel like a swallowed a bag of nails. Halloween was fun though, only C was sick yesterday. It was busy though.

GM everyone. Halloween was great. I only enjoyed 3 adult treats bc I had open enrollment meetings to present this AM!
I bought 6 bags of candy and box of bagged pretzels. Most of the pretzels are left and only 1 bag of candy. So that’s good bc I can use the pretzels as snacks for my kiddos.
I believe my ILs are taking the kids to see Small Foot today. I’m just hoping they don’t let them over indulge in hween candy.

Good morning. I feel like death this morning. I was up all night coughing and my nose dripping. But I was out a day last week and I have a long meeting this afternoon so I need to power through. C, on the other hand, had a ton of energy.
We had about 1/4 of the candy left in the bowl last night when I took it in at 10. Last year it was empty with the same amount so I was surprised but when we got back to our house around 7:15 there weren't many out in the neighborhood.
C filled about a bucket and a half with TOT candy. It's not good when 3 type A's trick or treat- me, my dad, and C were so determined to get to every house. Possibly why I feel like death.
