Week/Fruit: 8w4d, jelly bean
FTM
Appointments: 9w ultrasound at the RE on Thursday
Milestones: we’ve told a couple more friends
Symptoms: still nausea and fatigue. Nausea seems to be even worse this morning. Luckily I don’t have anything I absolutely HAVE to do today!
Rants: I’m tired of being tired all the time. I feel restless and want to do things, but then I’m completely exhausted. I started some garden cleanup on Saturday, and then had to take a nap. I can’t wait to get my energy back.
Raves: Related to my rant, H is being super amazing and supportive. When I complain that I’m tired after doing hardly anything, he reminds me that I’m growing a human and I’m allowed to be a little lazy right now. Chores are normally really hard for him (ADHD, low perceived reward so his brain likes to ignore them) but he’s been doing an amazing job stepping up and getting stuff done.
GTKY: I haven’t dressed up for Halloween in years. I’ve actually been in rehearsal the last 2 years, and will be this year too, so I haven’t even been home to pass out candy. Next year we want to start doing a family theme with the baby, so I’m looking forward to starting a new tradition!

Week/Fruit/EDD: 12, apricot, 5/10 FTM, Etc: TTM Appointments: Nov 8 Milestones: Symptoms: 24/7 nausea, tired, inability to sleep, and when I do sleep weird, weird dreams Rants: I can not concentrate at work, and it is killing me. I have so much to do. And I threw up again this morning, I was hoping that I would start feeling better after getting to 12 weeks. Raves: we went to a TorT event last night and it was so fun. My son (2.5) finally got past some of his shyness and went up to get candy on his own a few times. He was so cute in his batman outfit. DD had a great time too! GTKY: Are you dressing up for Halloween? If yes, as what/who? No

Week/Fruit/EDD: 6w4d/blueberry /June 20
FTM, Etc : STM
Appointments: I had an appt Friday where she found a lump on my breast, so I now need to schedule an ultrasound for that - it seems to likely be a cyst. Thursday I have an ultrasound to see the baby.
Milestones: First appt and ultrasound
Symptoms: nausea and exhaustion. I forgot how awful first tri is. Oh and everything makes me want to cry.
Rants: I'm just sick of feeling awful already. I'm curious how much of it is also my nerves about the lump since it ramped up after my appt Friday.
Raves: My In laws just left so I can finally feel gross in as much peace as my 3 year old allows.
GTKY: Are you dressing up for Halloween? If yes, as what/who? DS is being a dragon and wants H to be a knight and me to be a princess. I found the costumes at a consignment shop before I started feeling awful, but we'll probably only wear them when we take him trick or treating.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 4w6d/July 2nd (RCS sometime in June)
FTM, Etc: STM, 4th pregnancy
Appointments: First US November 29th, prenatal apt November 39th
Milestones: None yet...but my betas are already so much higher than with the last two.
Symptoms: Sore breasts, loss of appetite, nausea just starting to creep up
Rants: I'm sick:( Sore throat, sore ears, etc. I took the day off because I'm trying to make my health a priority this time around instead of my job.
Raves: I decided to be hopeful. I ordered a few new maternity sweaters in the hopes that this is it. But I won't be opening them until after the US. I really want to be happy and excited but if this is a repeat of the last 2 times I don't want to be heartbroken and feeling silly for buying new things. I can't really explain it.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 5w4d/Orange seed/June 27
FTM, Etc: Mom to twins, one loss
Appointments: First OB appt. is in three weeks
Milestones: HCG improved so I'll consider that a milestone
Symptoms: Some nausea, sore breasts, sensitive to smells, craving spicy food (which I normally can't stand)
Rants: The emotional rollercoaster of pregnancy after a loss really sucks, but I'm glad I get to ride this ride.
Raves: After being pretty irritable yesterday I feel pretty good today.
GTKY: Are you dressing up for Halloween? If yes, as what/who? Yes, since I have two corgis I am going to dress up like Queen Elizabeth

mamabear02, I hope that they can rule out any problems with the cyst and put your mind at ease. I've been crying a lot more lately too. In church yesterday I cried just because I saw someone else crying. My FIL thinks I'm nuts. sammysam, hugs to you - I get it. The best advice I've gotten was from a fellow poster that "hope doesn't make bad things happen". I'm trying my best to stick to that too.

Week/Fruit/EDD. 6w3d ladybug 6/21
FTM, Etc STM 3y DS, 2 losses this year hopefully 3rd times a charm!
Appointments: Wednesday for ob intake. They want me to schedule an ultrasound for now which I really didn't want to do but oh well I guess.
Milestones: My hcg from Saturday came back... perfectly high and lovely. So feeling happy about that right now.
Symptoms: super tired, super smell, some nausea, dizziness, sore boobs
Rants: my Dr office is so difficult to work with. I am trying to follow on getting my progesterone redrawn to see if i need to supplement and the nurses are seriously so useless and I can't connect with my Dr. The only thing I can think is my Dr was super happy wth my hcg number so thinks I don't need to follow up with another draw or need for progesterone and can go right to ultrasound.. but I feel like that should be communicated.
Raves: weirdly happy to have crap symptoms and that beautiful hcg number
GTKY: Are you dressing up for Halloween? If yes, as what/who? we are doing family Guardians of the Galaxy costumes so F is groot with a stuffed rocket attached to his trick or treat bag, I am gamora, my H is starlord. It actually all turned out really cute.

Week: 12. Due 5/9
STM
Appointments: 2nd OB appointment November 6
Milestones: getting sooo close to the end of the 1st trimester! It's been a rough 8 weeks so I will be more than happy to move onto the second tri. Also told a few more people at work and it's been fun!
Symptoms: So hungry all the time. A little nausea but definitely improving over the past week.
Rants: now that I'm starting to feel better I really need to eat better and start getting back to taking daily walks. I'm not ok how much weight I've gained already 😬
Raves: super excited for Halloween this week! It's DDs first year to TOT so that will be fun.
GTKY: No not year. DD is only 22 months so I'm not really sure how trick or treating is going to go.

bonzo, First tri is a perfect excuse to be lazy and do nothing! You'll get plenty of energy/motivation second tri so don't worry about it. I'm glad your husband is being helpful. courtniko, I hope you start feeling better soon too. Maybe 13 weeks will be the magic number for you? Ugh sammysam being sick while pregnant is the worst. I'm glad you were able to take time off work though.

sunny75 I remember DD's first year trick or treating...she would have been 21 months old. We made it up and down our street (it's a pretty short street) and then DD just wanted to go home and hand out candy. She's 4.5 this year so we're aiming for maybe 3 streets. She knows she gets to keep all the leftover candy anyways so she doesn't have the motivation to keep going for too long:/

She's definitely not the most social/outgoing child so I'm anticipating lots of walking around holding her lol. Should be interesting!

courtniko For me last time the nausea lasted solidly until 15-16 weeks. I’m hoping it’s different this time. I just remember everyone saying Oh you’re going to feel better now and I just wasn’t and I told everyone to quit lying to me LoL. I’m counting down the days until I might not wake up wanting to puke.

Yes! Ovia keeps saying the nausea should be disappearing now, and being replaced by new symptoms like heart burn. So I keep worrying I am going to end up with nausea and heartburn. Don't give me false hope, Ovia!

Week/Fruit/EDD: 10w+1d
FTM, Etc: STM
Appointments: Nov 16th
Milestones:
Symptoms: I'm tired. But right now my sacroiliitis is so bad its overpowering all my other symptoms. We've been driving a lot lately, and I haven't been able to get it under control without anti-inflammatory pills. I've tried icing it a little but I really need to spend a day resting, icing and heating my back to see if that helps, and I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow because I can't walk. I barely made it in from the car today.
Rants: I hurt
Raves: I'm not as sick as I was.
GTKY: Are you dressing up for Halloween? If yes, as what/who?: No not this year. DS is going as a train engineer

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with it!

sunny75, Well, she recommended PT, and prescribed a topical anti-inflammatory (not to be used after 30 weeks). I'm trying to avoid using it, but sometimes it's so bad I just can't help it. Ice, heat and rest helps too, but I need to get back to being active, as I usually get a flare up when I've been less active (first tri exhaustion did me in). Double edged sword because I have to rest a ton to get the inflammation down. So I'm hoping PT will get me strong where I need to be so I can get up and get going again.

The ultrasound this afternoon was great! Everything looks good, and we even got to see him moving! I also got a sample of Bonjesta to try to help the nausea.
