Morning (for me at least). This is our last full day of fun in Fiji. Travel day tomorrow. We check out of our rooms at 10, eat lunch here at noon, then get on a bus at 2. 3 hour bus ride to the airport, but once we check our bags we are going to get a taxi into town for shopping. Plane leaves at 11pm tomorrow night (which is Friday in Fiji), then we land at LAX at 1pm, also Friday. So Friday is going to be the longest day ever for us! Then we fly out of LAX at 5 for STL and land in STL at 10:30pm. It’s going to be a sucky long day but I guess that’s the price you pay for an amazing trip. I can’t wait to see my girl! Of course she’ll be sleeping when we get to my parents house so I’ll have to wait till the next morning. Today I went snorkeling this morning and am currently on the beach in a hammock relaxing. We are going into town later to a carnival and going to see how it differs from a typical carnival in the US. The food here has been amazing and I predict I have gained 10 lbs these 2 weeks. I’ll have to get hard at it when I get home to work it off! Dinner each night consists of a starter, a main dish, and a desert. Plus too many strawberry daiquiri’s!    |

I have my nephews tonight. T is 18 months and says very few words but he says my name ( : "ah-ee" but it's very apparent that it's for me. And he says it over and over until he gets in my arms ( : Kid sure knows how to make you feel loved.

Hi ladies. Thanks for the birthday wishes for my kiddo. Its actually Madison's birthday and Cassidy's in 3 weeks. Don't feel bad though--I'm their mom and I screw up their names all the time. 😆 xolastunicornxo happy birthday to L our birthday buddy! This morning I saved some mannequins' lives in CPR training. Then I picked up Maddie (she had a half day) and she's been running the show. She picked Jack n the Box for lunch. 🤢🤢 Then we got Cass and now we're at Chuck E Cheese. Hopefully she picks a better option for dinner. |

Add me to need to get my crap together with party planning. I've just been winging it at the last minute. They are having a joint party at the skating rink Sunday. I finally tallied up the RSVPs and ordered cake today. I wrapped Maddies gift last night as an after thought. But done.

I had $10 or so left to spend on my niece's 3rd birthday gift so I went to Target with plans of getting Candy Land and a cute shirt. I didn't find any cute shirts! At Target!!

Sunny41 the managers appreciate me because I’m getting work done. The vendors that I now work with not so much. That won’t reply to my emails and I have to go through one of the managers to get a response. I just want to call them up and say “hey dudes, I’m the one actually paying you, you might want to answer my emails or you won’t get paid.” But I’m still helping my old team so today and tomorrow I’m doing 12 hours. 4 hours before my shift for my new job. Also boss L made it very awkward at a meeting yesterday. After she left the people made it clear it felt awkward.

I had that I thought was a zit on my back that I couldn't reach. After mh took a liv of it I'm pretty sure it is shingles. And of course after I googled it and saw the rash matched I suddenly started to feel pain on 1 side. I haven't felt great but it was odd how it suddenly felt one sided. Guess I'm off to urgent care tomorrow and I'll be on here a bit more.

You can get huge, fresh, warm ones with syrup oozing out at the Saturday market, those are the best ones. But I think you can come to my or my parents house and you’ll find store bought ones almost anytime. ETA nobody makes these at home, ever. |
