I've seen a lot of us mentioning that we are having cramping...so here is a thread to talk about it and hopefully ease some of our worries If you are like me you have been Googling answers to these questions anyway, so having it answered here by people you "know" might help! Have you been having cramping? How long does/did it last? Does it feel similar to AF cramps? How far along are you? As for me, I had AF like cramping start just a few days after my transfer (the equivalent to 7 or 8 DPO). Now at 5 weeks and 2 days, the cramping is still there although it feels slightly different than AF cramps. The frustrating thing is they happen for me most at night, which makes it hard to sleep. First the cramps wake me up, and then I lay there worrying. I keep Googling stories of people having normal pregnancies after early cramping and that is helping, but I am ready for this part to go away!

I have had the AF like cramps, which I remember having with DS.
What worries me is the cramping/sharp pain I keep getting on the upper right side, like almost parallel to my hip. I googled and... I should not have done that. *MAYBE TRIGGER* I read probably 10 articles about ectopic pregnancy and freaked myself out. *END*
Does not feel like AF cramps (tho I have those too) it reminds me of when you exercise hard and get a side stitch, but it's lower, not in my ribs.

I've had cramps on and off from 4 weeks to now (12 weeks). Some have felt like AF cramps and some just like stretching. I've googled everything and worked myself up for nothing. The thing that sucks is its hard to say what is and isn't normal when it comes to cramping. For some people AF like cramps aren't normal and for others it is. This is why first tri sucks.

I've not had a lot, but this week I had some sort of cramping on and off for about 24 hours. It was different than AF cramps (usually in my back or horizontal across my lower stomach). These "cramps" felt like a vertical running "pinch" on the left side of my stomach.
I know cramping is normal for a lot of women and I had some the last time around. I think the issue is if it is heavy cramping combined with heavy bleeding. THEN it is time to call a doctor.

My likes in this thread are commiseration likes, not "liking" that you all have had cramping...just had to point that out!

I had cramping (and spotting) until about week 7. Now at week 9, I've moved onto nausea and exhaustion. Even though this is my first pregnancy, I'm going to go with it can be pretty normal.

I had quite a bit of crampy on Sunday paired with tightening that reminded me of early contractions. Luckily it passed once I relaxed for a couple hours. This was more of a dull pain and it did not occur at the same time as the contracting. I had an OB appointment the next morning so I just tried to take it easy.

I feel like I've had a ton of cramping the last few weeks. But maybe also just achy? I don't know.

I had some AF-like cramping in the beginning, first week or two. Since then I occasionally have days/moments where my lower stomach feels tight, little pains and tugs.

Mine range from AF like cramps to sharper more painful ones. Sometimes lasting a few mins sometimes longer. This morning I woke up with painful cramping.
No spotting or anything. I remember being extremely crampy with DS. So I'm just trying to keep in mind this time my ute is stretching for two.
