Evie is obsessed with popcorn and requests a bag nightly. Sometimes, when she goes to bed early and doesn't get it, I still pop a bag for myself to enjoy. She and B are soulmates, he loves popcorn, too. S too. His favorite thing to do is pop some popcorn and watch a movie.

We have an air popper. It forever changed how I view popcorn. It is infinitely better. don't get me wrong, we still use our microwave quite a bit... leftovers, frozen pancakes, about half of the vegies I make come in a freezer steam bag, etc. This might be a perfect present for Christmas for the kids! They both love popcorn and since we don’t own a microwave we now buy prepopped, which is just meh to me. I really think the popcorn is great. Plus S can pretty much do it himself at this point

UO: air popped popcorn tastes like nothing. Absolutely nothing. Add Salt. Or old Bay

I'm weird, my favorite popcorn is the school kind. Those machines that are at school carnivals are the best.

Hi! Took E and LO to Disneyland today (pulled LO from school) to markup for missing both parties last month. So tired. We did more character meet and greets then rides. We all started in incredibles shirts then E changed into her Tinkerbell costume and LO into Hook.
So tired. He finally met princess Elena and Vamprina. He was so excited.

Hi! I’ve had a trainee at work all week, so not able to get on as often. I can’t wait to ditch him next week. He is really sweet, but when I’m not that busy, I like to catch up here or keep on top of bills, etc. and he is totally cramping my style. Hope everyone had a good day. flamingo Sorry about yet another frustration with the PMs. Hope you get it resolved soon.

Our neighbors who can’t take care of dogs got more dogs, well puppies. They bark/yip all night long. E sleeps through it but I hear it when I try to fall asleep. I feel bad for the animals knowing they aren’t getting the attention they need

Um our microwave gets a workout. At the new house we may be putting it above the fridge in the cabinet 😬. We are tall though and an open kitchen is more important at this stage of life. Hope they fix it quick flamingo Just a thought, bc we are tall too. Are y’all doing major work in the kitchen, where you could figure out an alternative? Because I can see that being a drawback for resale, your kids using it, and somewhat of a safety hazard (having to lift hot/heavy dishes out and down), assuming we’re talking a normal height fridge. Is there a spot in the lower cabinetry where it could go instead? I hate low microwaves (again, bc tall 😀) but that would be preferable to me over having one so high.

Currently the lower cabinets have pull out sliders but that's not a reason not to go there...and there's a decent pantry that I wonder if it could fit on. My SM has hers in a cabinet in her island. We are doing a mini update. It's a galley kitchen now and going to take down wall to open up to the dining room and add a bar counter for stools in the dining room. Unfortunately the stove/microwave is on that wall so prob switch to a down draft stove since the microwave has to come down. My parents claim this isn't pricey (minus the stove) and will be a workable solution until we want to redo entire kitchen with new cabinets.
