We are awake. Josie and Charlie were up before 630, and already bamboozled me into Halloween crafts. I am not an artist but somehow we are making the headless Horseman out of construction paper🤷🏻♀️

Morning! We need to leave for school drop off in 35-40min so I really need to get moving. Kids need to get dressed and I need to get A up and fed. Drop off is like a workout! I wish I could just drop C at the door of school, such a pain getting all the kids in and out of the car.

I’ve mentioned it before, but this new preschool has the option of drop off, and I thought I would hate it, but I have already used it twice (once for weather and once because Charlie was being a bit of a butt) and now I think it’s the greatest!

I'd use it every single time! That sounds amazing. Getting all the kids in and out of the car (I'm looking at you, Lue) is such a pain! My friend just gave me one of those stroller frame things that you can click a carseat in, so at least now I'm not lugging the carseat with me!

Morning!
It’s rainy here this morning, and cool...one of those days where the high is reached at 7 am. I’m going to throw some chili stuff into the crockpot.
Preschool for B today; C and I are going to venture out to the LLBean store for a new fleece for B. Fortunately his coat from last year still fits very comfortably 🙌🏻

I will never grow tired of Friends, @nam! Same here, it’s played a role in so many important moments of my life, waiting for results from finals, keeping away wedding day jitters, early labour stages with both kids etc. Friends will always make me feel a little better .

Morning ladies. I'm in a mood.
Saturday, I signed the paperwork for my new Jeep, under the belief that it would be delivered tomorrow. They told me they had to transfer it from a dealership in Arkansas, they didn't have anything on the lot they can get me into. Okay, no big deal, I'm not in a rush. Yesterday, the sales guy called me and said it would be the 24th because it's currently in transit. I told him I was disappointed, but what could I do. The more I thought about it, the more I realized it was bullshit. They wanted it on the books so bad Saturday, but they basically sold me a car, still at the factory. There is no way it takes 9 days to ship from anywhere in the US. I was texting the sales guy and asked if we back out, would we be responsible for any costs (we already put $500 down), he said no, he didn't want to ruin the relationship. But that I had nothing to worry about, all the paperwork it done, so once it arrives, they'll let me know. I told him his finance guy should be worried that I'm now looking at other options, so this is a potential lost sale for me, H's upgrade and all future vehicles. The more I've thought about it, the more I have buyers remorse and am seriously contemplating just waiting until spring.
And yesterday, I was going back and forth with our biggest supplier who has our production line shut down because they aren't delivering, as promised. Our CEO told me to 'put a little honey on my turd' because they're our only supplier of these products. Um, yeah, the products they aren't shipping to us??? I was pissed...like you do your job, I'll do mine. You don't pay me to be nice to suppliers, you pay me to get shit delivered on time.
Add to it the bad place my marriage is in...I just want everyone to leave me alone today.

mwhip I’m so sorry, that sounds really stressful. Hopefully you can find time to spoil yourself a little bit today, even if it is just with a nice sandwich for lunch.

Thanks guys! The gym is my place to get away and zone out on it all. I almost posted in the private group yesterday, but can't really verbalize well everything that is going on.

I just closed out a Workers Comp claim from May. The other HR peeps here know how relieving this is!! So nice to have that taken care of.

Morning.
Got M off to school, then surprised him as the mystery reader. The kids were so cute and he was excited to see me.
Off to work. I need to place a call to the ENT for ear drops for M2. His left ear was oozing with fluid last night. That explains his general crankiness these last few days.

Cadence came into the bathroom while I was taking a shower. Apparently, she wet the bed, so she was all dressed for school. She hasn't done it in a long time and she didn't pee right before she fell asleep, so I blamed that and reminded her that is why we go potty right before bed and that she can try again tonight.
I'm on Day 2 of not speaking to mh and I just wanted to get out of the house this morning. I was still late to work, but I blame the weather.

Morning. It's a beautiful day out but we got off to a rough start because the boys were fighting with me every step of the way this morning. Now if DH would get up and help out, things would run far more smoothly but instead he comes out once everything has calmed down and starts hassling the boys about giving me a hard time. Sorry buddy, I just got them calmed down so you don't get to elect to parent now. Grrrr...
Anyhow my co-manager is in Hong Kong for the week so everything is falling to me. I don't mind so much, I feel like I do a better job when he's away. I'm just no closer to deciding what I want to do long term than I was 6 months ago. Some days I hate my job, other days I almost enjoy it.
