jewels do you follow fashion bloggers on IG? That’s where I find most of my inspiration. Doing that has also made me realize that I need to up my accessorizing game. Most of the time I feel like my outfit is not finished, but it’s because I don’t accessorize. I always have earrings on but mostly small studs or hoops. I’m trying to learn how to add necklaces and bracelets. Also like guster said, styling tips like a tuck makes you feel a lot more pulled together. Totally agree with this. i get like 90% of the way there and then lose steam, ha. I find myself thinking I need new clothes sometimes but really I could just add fun earrings or a statement necklace, or a new scarf to update what I have. I really like the blog Hi Sugarplum jewels . SHe's actually a bit older than most of us (her kids are in middle/high school) but she has a great sense of style and wears very affordable pieces (Loft, JCrew/JCrew Factory, Nordstrom, Old Navy, etc). A lot of bloggers kind of lose me when everything is $$$$ b/c that is just not my life right now. I have also found Pinterest is great when I need inspiration for pulling outfits together, esp. with things I already have. I'll find something random in my closet or see something I like in a store (say, burgundy skinny jeans) and do a search on Pinterest for ideas on what to pair them with.

Just chuckling that vino's suggestions basically described me exactly.. it's like she's seen me IRL🤔. Skinny jeans in multiple colors, booties, and mostly old Navy/target/ h&m tops. And I love a utility jacket on top.

I am also bad at accessorizing. I also include “completer pieces” in that. Like vests, jackets, scarves, etc. I’m working on getting more things like that.

For my every day look, I wear my wedding ring (not even the engagement ring) a pair of diamond studs. I don’t think to accessorize beyond that for the daily. I’ve never been a necklace or bracelet person, but I would always change my earrings up. Now I only do that if I’m going to something specific.

flamingo I started following the sugarplum insta when she did her collab with the Nordstrom Gibson brand. I was just thinking the other day that Cassie is not really in my age group. Lol. I did like most of her Gibson pieces, though. I follow her friend Styleyoursenses- mom of 2 girls- and she is more of my style/age. Some of her stuff is a miss for me, but I have bought quite a few of her recommendations and she keeps it more in my price range, too.

I wear my rings, my studs, and a delicate necklace every.single.day. I occasionally will throw on a longer necklace with a turtleneck in the winter, but that is it.

I somehow follow a bunch of Mormons on IG. Anyone else have that problem? I guess no caffeine and alcohol does have some benefits, they all look fab with their entourage of kids.

I feel like all of the small business entrepreneurs are Mormon. I mostly don’t mind, I just skip through their religious stuff.
