It is, indeed, a wild weekend over here. I just bought tons of new drawer liners and I’m working through the kitchen, purging, re-organizing, and re-lining. It looks like a bomb went off. Also I have discovered that my children have drawn with pens on the cabinets in my island. Nothing gets it off – magic eraser, Murphy’s oil, bleach— ideas needed!!

Hi! I’m actually going out tonight with some girls in the neighborhood! I’m excited to be invited! They already have their friend group so I feel like it’s hard to ‘get in’ existing groups if that makes sense. They are all a bit older than me which I don’t mind obviously but it’s kind of intimidating for some reason? Anyways- it should be fun... my first time going out with friends down here! 🎉 I can’t believe you still have that headache slenle! Does this happen often?? I hope you have a blast!

She has strep. You wouldn't.know it by looking at her. She's had her first dose of amox. and should be fine for school on Monday. No gymnastics or swim and I went to the grocery store solo. I prefer when she goes with me. Now we're sitting at home watching UT beat OU. Hook 'Em Horns!

Hi! Thanks for the Thanksgiving wishes cagoldi and chrisy01. We had a lazy morning and now I’m just at swim lessons with B, then were headed to a friends house for dinner, and tomorrow my Mom is coming over with food, yay for not cooking!

Blue dawn and vinegar has been my go to lately, maybe worth a shot? Equal parts in a spray bottle, leave for a few minutes then wipe off.

Hello! We just got back from the barber a bit ago and the boys are both passed out. Colin was really subdued during soccer this morning so I'm not sure if he's still recouping from being sick or if was just that long of a week. He hasn't intentionally napped since school started. Trying not to be overly concerned.
Anyhow we went to the barber from soccer so I still need to shower from running group. Yuck. DH is nuts about showering immediately after getting his hair cut, apparently that trumps a stinky wife, LOL.

joelies B has been really tired lately as well, he’s been in bed and asleep by 7:40pm every night, about 40 minutes earlier than before, and is very chill on weekend mornings and weekday evenings.. Everyone I talk to with kids in kinder say the same, it’s a big transition so hopefully that’s the case with C as well.

We went to the car wash, to the dollar store for fall/Halloween decor, and to get smoothies before heading home. We ate lunch and now M2 is refusing to go down for his nap. He’ll poop out sooner or later, but I’m hoping for sooner.

One of Col's friends joined adventure camp this summer instead of cub camp. She was surrounded by older kids and had to drop naps cold turkey. Her Mom said she was a complete train wreck the first month but took another month or so before she was acting more like her usual self. Transitions are exhausting.

guster oh man! Murphy's Oil soap and magic eraser are my go-to's for the woodwork. Is it ballpoint pen, do you think? I know rubbing alcohol (or hairspray, in a pinch) can work on that but I would probably try it in an inconspicuous spot first to make sure it won't damage the finish. Maybe just dab on with a cotton ball?

I saw toothpaste and acetone nail polish remover online, so I will try those next.

So my cat lady ways have rubbed off on mh and daughter. We just adopted another kitten. His name is Cobalt and we pick him up next week after he gets neutered. The humane society needs to stop having adoption events. 😳

Evie ended up vomitting once this morning and has been okay since. Not herself, but she said her stomach felt okay. We ran the errands we needed to and are now back home. Im trying to find the motivation to clean.

Just a sick day at home for all of us. Perfect gloomy weather for it, too.
Everyone is asleep but me.

We got our freezer chest. I’m currently feeding E and taking a break from organizing the garage. C is watching a movie while LO naps.

My boobs are finally a normal size! I'm a regular old D cup now. This is the smallest they've been since probably junior high?
It's amazing.
Also, I finally tried on those corset shirts I got a couple months ago and they are gorgeous. One of them is the most beautiful top I've ever seen.

Hey. We spent the morning working on house stuff, like reorganizing the garage for winter. DH will be very happy when he can park in the garage again. Both girls are napping right now and I’m trying to decide if I suggest going to the Apple orchard to the grumpy old bear. klong11 I hope the antibiotics help C feel better soon! wedding I know you probably don’t want to hear this but could the night sweats be from early menopause or something like that?

But maybe your boobs. Or both.
