My cousin just had her third baby at 26 weeks due to pre-eclampsia. He’s in the nicu obviously and we are all hoping for the best. In the meantime I’m trying to think of what I can send her as a gesture to help. She’s in a hospital in Vermont so I have no idea if like grubhub or anything like that exists. I was thinking more something from Amazon like nice pajamas. What else can I get?

Maybe a robe? A warm blanket? A box of snacks? Lotion and some fuzzy socks? Also, Sending many positive vibes to your friends. I hope the baby stays strong and healthy.

I'm so sorry. Is she at a hospital near home? Gas cards if not. I never could decide what to eat, or what to feed my family when DS was in the hospital. Gift cards for food were always welcome too. Also, activities for the older kids. Her attention is going to be split, so things that they can do solo or games they can play together to keep them out of her hair when she's home would be good too.
My nephew is currently 33 weeks (born at 31.5) and still in the NICU. My sister's main requirement was snacks. She hated everything from the hospital cafeteria.
I'll keep him and your cousin in my prayers.

Clothes (I had none for P until you guys sent some), and definitely some kind of food and/or grocery delivery.
Maybe a sheet mask or something, too, so she is reminded to try to find 15 minutes to relax by herself.

An edible bouquet. It’s pretty in the room and a good snack.

I'll be thinking about him and your cousin!
-Snacks! -preemie clothes, like Goldi said, I had none -Visa gift cards- I did a lot of online shopping while in the hospital. Also helped with food, gas, ect -comfy pj/lounge pants and hoodie -hard sole comfy moccasins- I wore these everywhere since hospital floors are gross, then tossed them after

Also, if you do preemie clothes I'd make sure they have a zipper/buttons and either footless or pants/top separates. We couldn't put anything over A's head and needed easy access to all his lines.

Non scented shampoo/bodywash etc. Journal to write down questions and experiences. Magazines.
