Hey guys! I haven't dropped of the face of the Earth. My computer has been out of commission (and still is) and I'm trying to stay off my phone more during the day.
It's pouring for the third day in a row here. But I've been productive. I have everyone's warm clothes in their closets! DD2 is wearing 12-18m currently which is fine since DD1 wore that last winter. But I won't get the whole season out of it, so I saved whatever warm 18-24m I had and put all the summer stuff away. DD1 is turning 2 next week and we're in the midst of planning her party for 10/20. Canadian Thanksgiving is this coming Monday so also busy with that.
I just got my cheque from the children's sale a couple of weeks ago. I did better than I thought, $250!! And cleared a bunch of junk (Y).

Hi! I was out of the office for a chunk of time yesterday and tapatalk was acting up so I didn't get to checkin our catch up. Not much going on here, I stayed up too late prepping some stuff for the week. It's just me and the kiddo this week and I was hoping to get some stuff done around the house after bedtime but my energy is just lacking lately. I also made an appt with the counselor, I've been really "ragey" lately and I want to see of she can help me sort it out.

That's great snuff9861! Today I tried to put a 9-month onesie on E and discovered that it wouldn't fit over his big head. It looks like we will be moving him into 12 months sooner than I thought. He still fits in some 9-month clothes but he is definitely longer than N was at the same age.

Good luck with the counselor laurensc927. I can't remember but have you gotten your first postpartum period yet? I know I feel rage about everything the week before my period arrives.

I’ve also been switching over to bigger sizes with the cooler weather. It always hurts a bit to put away the smaller clothes. Where did my tiny baby go??

I am prepping for my work trip starting tomorrow. I am so nervous leaving the boys, especially N since he is very attached to me right now. I am just hoping I am able to pump enough to not affect my supply and that he'll be happy to nurse again when I get back. I am only gone until Friday afternoon but it seems like forever.
I found Hawaiian sweet rolls (think King's Hawaiian) at Aldi that are dairy and soy free. I ate...a lot. But in my defense, they are only slider size. I noticed they have hamburger and hot dog Hawaiian buns too so I'll have to check those out. It was really nice to be able to have something N could eat that his brother was also eating. I think that's what makes me most sad...that he can't eat the same things as his brother. We tried baked in soy oil and soy lecithin (in Starbucks pumpkin loaf) this weekend. He had some weird poops but he also had just started Cefdinir for his ear infection so I am not sure what caused it. They weren't his normal reaction type poops so I am going to try again this weekend and see what happens. If we could add soy back in that would make a HUGE difference to what he could eat.
It is going to be 66* today, 86* tomorrow, and 57* on Thursday. This weather is drunk.

Home again today. My hands and feet were so itchy that I couldn’t sleep last night. On top of that, E woke up screaming at midnight with a poop-splosion and wouldn’t let me put her back down for almost 2 hours. I got about 3 hours of sleep total, and was just like “hell no” when my alarm went off. FX for tomorrow.

I had a very light one which would make me about 3 weeks late for the "next one". I definitely think the constant state of pms is making things worse.

Helllllooo!!!! (From under the rock I have been living)
Everything is fine here. Nothing super exciting. I survived the 7 day trek where H was in Costa Rica so I had the girls by myself plus chairing a golf tournament. Feels good to breathe a bit. In the month of September, my organization has raised over $23K for childhood cancer!!! I am super stoked about the outcome and we are even starting to plan next year's events.
Birthday was yesterday - the big 3-5. I feel old. Nothing special went on. I was going to go workout, but as I left work, H called to let me know that he had to go out to a job. So that didnt happen since he didnt get home until after 8. As a birthday present to myself though, I signed up to take training to become a Body Combat instructor. I have been wanting to do it for a couple of years but I have been pregnant for 2 years lol. I figure I love it and I've been doing it consistently for 5 years so might as well take the challenge and become an instructor. So I have that at the beginning of November. I am nervous, excited, and terrified all at the same time.

I just ordered a fall jacket for DS1. Fall weather kind of snuck up on me and all I have are sweatshirts or his winter coat. Thankfully he runs hot anyways so he shouldn’t be too cold playing outside the next few days.
I really need to go through ds2’s clothes and switch out to warmer stuff. The boys are opposite seasons so I’ll have to look to see how much stuff I can make work for winter and then go shopping.

Ds2 is in 18 month clothes with some 24 month stuff but it's established that he's huge (and the first birthday). I joke that ds1 is going to be our runner/soccer player (he's a string bean and FAST) and ds2 is going to be a football/lacrosse kid. He's going to be tall. I'm going to look into a tumbling class for ds1 in the spring. He's doing soccer now. He just needs an outlet for his energy. Swim classes are on my radar too for him. He loves swimming.
No big plans for today. Both kids slept well thankfully. So we are all still recovering from yesterday lol.

Happy Birthday, jenn83 and bethkate! Also, hi everyone. I am so sorry for not being around - last week kicked my ass. H's work schedule left me solo parenting with little sleep. N looked like he was getting sick, then seemed fine, then when we drove up to Jersey for my cousin's wedding he spiked a fever so we had to skip it (after being up with him all night). The fever went away by Saturday night and he seemed OK as we drove back Sunday, but before bed I thought I noticed some extra gunk in his eye. Sure enough, he woke up yesterday red, puffy, and gunky. Visit to the pedi later and he's got an ear infection and double eye infection - bring on the Augmentin. He is responding well to it though, his eyes were basically clear by this morning. Here's hoping this week is a little quieter for all our sakes lol

So that wedding that was a couple weeks ago ... The bride uploaded over 1000 photos from it onto Facebook, including SnapChats and selfies from her guests. She eats crackers for me but like please tell me that that is excessive.

And like the same photo in black and white, sepia, and slightly muted. Like nobody wants to see those. Pick your 25 favorites and post those. The end.

Hi all. Our AC crapped out over the weekend and we are going to have to get it replaced. Ugggghhh. It is so much money and I was really hoping we could make it to spring without having to do it but alas. I am hoping that it will mean that the AC will work more efficiently now at least.
Also, L is trying to climb on everything now. I am not ready for that.

grumpycat at first I read it as 100 and I was thinking that was a lot but not overly excessive. But 1,000? Omg no. And also how annoying to spend so much time putting them in albums (unless my computer is just comically slow).

I have the wedding pictures but give me some time because there's over 1000 of them!!" 🙄🙄🙄

grumpycat did she tag everyone too? I can see posting a link to an external site but taking the time to upload them all to Facebook is insane.
