Just ran to Carter's to pick up some kitty boots for Cadence to wear on picture day next week.

We were working on rhyming words last night. She said "fock" rhymed with "sock"...it does, technically, but it's not a real word. I also asked her to steer clear of F words for awhile.

Hey. I took both girls to school this morning and then I came home and did a bunch of stuff around the house. My dad came over to help me with the outlet issues and it turned out that the wires aren’t actually attached to the breakers so I guess I’ll be waiting until we can afford for the electrician to come back and have him do it. I think I’m going to move H down to the basement even though it’s not finished. One of the big reasons I didn’t want her down there before it was finished was because all those wires made me nervous but if they’re not hooked up then it’s no big deal to me for them to be down there. Hopefully separating the girls will lead to better sleep for everyone. The only thing is that I would really like to get the toilet installed before the switch happened for MOTN potty trips.

He tested negative for both. Sigh of relief. He also got his flu shot. We usually wait until his well visit in November, but since he is there, why wait? M2 gets his tomorrow. She said it was most likely just a virus or the beginning of HFM for him. No bumps anywhere, so we wait and see.

flamingo yeah the flu shots became available a few weeks ago. I am surprised to hear the flu is already making rounds though. That can’t be good after the horrible season we had last season.

Also, Pinterest and my new mom friend at gymnastics have led me to believe that I need to paint the interior doors of my soon to be “command center”black. I bought the paint, and I’m a little nervous to start, but I love how it looks, and hope I can pull it off.

Yes, that's where I usually get mine. Our insurance covers it there, as well (I would think most do).

Good to know. The kids still see their old pediatrician. She’s only about half an hour away so I kept that the same. Now that I’m thinking about it, I might give her a call and see if she can give me the shot when I go for them. (If they have adult doses)

I had put C down to nap in the crib in my room and told T that I was going to shower then we would clean his room and make room for C’s crib. When I got out of the shower, T had moved all the toys into the hall and was packing a garbage bag full of toys to donate. He also told me that he never sleeps so if C cries he can take care of him so I can sleep. The night went surprisingly well. He now hopes we will get another baby girl and another baby boy so his older siblings can each get a crib in their room too.

I literally had never heard of it the other day when you guys were all talking about it.  Then that night we were listening to the Moana Pandora station (which is pretty much on 24/7 in our house) and it came on.  It was very annoying.  I blame you guys.

I'm tired of the excuses of making it look like a conspiracy by the democrats. Nope, sometimes the most obvious answer is the truth, that Kavanaugh has committed sexual assault. It doesn't matter when you hit these assholes with the fact that false reporting is rare right in their faces, they still hide behind that excuse with their misogyny.

Hi all, popping in like a weirdo again. Work has been insane. I complete a report and meanwhile I'm assigned 2 more. I can never dig my way out. Oh well. I leave at 5 every day and don't give any effs in the evening. I've been following along with some of you on FB.

Madison is going through a wonderful phase where she acts like an emotional teenager and her sudden out of control outbursts are always aimed at me. It's wonderful. Cass is better in the different daycare group, but still is struggling with being away from us for so long but it was inevitable it'd have to happen by next year anyway for school. *sigh*
