Ds1 is back at school today. He still has a little cough but it's not bad at all. Ds2 is still a little congested but the snot sucker did a good job clearing him out yesterday. I'll keep doing it before I feed him today. My congestion feels like it settled in my right ear 👎 but I'm trying to avoid taking anything that will potentially impact my milk supply. Ds2 woke up 3 times last night/early this morning and ds1 was in our room in between two of the wake ups wanting to sleep with us. So it was a long night but at least ds2 slept in a little!
No grand plans today. Dh finished his online assessments for his interview process so fingers crossed he gets a call for a final interview!

I'm here. I'm trying really hard not to eat a yummy looking trail mix a student gave me this morning. Damn you weight watchers points!!

Morning!! DS1 had an accident last night. It was the first time for him. So I woke up to him yelling my name. He wasn’t too upset about it, and I made it no big deal. The thing that upset him the most is that I accidentally threw his stuffed animal in the wash with the rest of his sheets. I told him the animal was having a fun water park adventure lol. Ds2 slept surprisingly well for having a cold. I’m still stuffed and like grumpycat don’t want to take anything that may impact my supply. I did eat some hot wings last night and that helped clear my nose for a little bit haha!

I thought I was going to be zombied all day as I woke up at 4am for no reason but somehow got a boost of energy from having to run around to tie things up before my holiday.
I still managed to get to the gym at lunch and left early for a manicure with my BFF.
H just took care of bedtime and I'm having a lovely glass of sauvignon blanc.

Hi, all! I'm at work. Yesterday was a crazy day and today is a little less crazy, fortunately.

grumpycat I'm glad you're all on the mend! sarahandben108 trail mix is so hard. I bought some small containers from the dollar store that fit exactly 1/4 cup and I use them whenever I pack trail mix and granola so I don't overdo it. Hi all, I went to a focus group for my RE's office this morning. It was nice to know they are actively trying to do better and make the patient experience as comfortable as possible when dealing with an infertility diagnosis. It doesn't hurt that they offered a $100 gc either. Vacation trip to the Berkshires is booked and ended up being cheaper then I originally planned. So all in all I'm having a pretty good day lol.

HFM is going around my school, and now, E’s daycare (in my school). I’m pretty sure she’s got it. I called the doctor, but they said that unless she’s got a fever that won’t go away or is refusing to eat/drink, there’s no reason to bring her in. She’s got a few bumps, and she didn’t have a fever earlier, but it was just 102 when we got home. I gave her Tylenol and a lukewarm bath, so hopefully that helps, but looks like we’ll both be home tomorrow.

I did eat it. BUT it was a small amount because it was part of a birthday treat for my student. I really need need to try to get motivated to get on the treadmill in the morning again. I slacked all last week.

bethkate, sorry about the HFM. I was just coming in here to post that we are on HFM watch for N. He’s been slightly warm, super clingy, and very whiny. When I picked him up from daycare he had 3 small spots on his tongue. The asst. director at daycare said I could still bring him tomorrow if he didn’t get any more. He hadn’t gotten worse by bedtime so hopefully it is something else. In other news, they are moving N up to the pre-tot room at daycare on 10/8. I guess there is no denying that he isn’t a baby anymore. He has been visiting in there the last few weeks and does great so I’m not stressing too much but I will definitely really miss his infant room teachers.

E has way more spots this morning, so she definitely has it. Her temp was 100.2, so that’s better, but she’s miserable.

Sorry N didn't have any more spots but he is definitely not feeling well. I'm thinking the spots in his mouth were just irritation or perhaps little virus blisters instead of HFM.
