Oh I didn’t realize decorators could be affordable. I definitely need one. Our house needs decorating and I’m so lost on it. How does one go about finding a lower cost decorator? Something like Angie’s List?

Oh I didn’t realize decorators could be affordable. I definitely need one. Our house needs decorating and I’m so lost on it. How does one go about finding a lower cost decorator? Something like Angie’s List? It's kind of hard to find because some decorators are $$$, and it's harder to find someone who is willing to just do smaller hourly jobs. I looked on a website called Thumbtack and got a couple quotes. I asked on NextDoor. I ended up remembering that an old college roommate had an interior design degree and asked her for recs. She mentioned that she does work as a side gig, so that's who we went with. Another option I was seriously considering was an online service like Havenly. But I wanted an in-person experience.
