Soph had a play date after school and we were literally only in the house 2 mins before the kid broke one of my favorite Halloween pieces and P1 doesn’t sell them anymore. ☹️

Waiting to get off work so I can try to go get the new iphone. Then Chipotle and then do our grocery pick up. There is nothing better than grocery pick up.

C was napping for over an hour and it was glorious. Then he woke up because he pooped. Back to dozing but in my arms. I'll take it.

I was looking at signing my kid up for gymnastics after christmas but the gym I was looking at only does co-ed until 5 then it's girls only :-( So if he loved it, he couldn't keep going after spring

I'm drinking wine and waiting for MH to finish working. I'll either do a frozen meal or make a grilled cheese for dinner. I cooked lunch so I'm not feeling like doing a lot.

Oh bummer shan-ah-doo! Hopefully it’s an easy fix. It’s Taco Tuesday here! No drinks yet, but maybe after the boys go to bed.

I spent the day at my most obnoxious unit. I’m drinking and eating chips.
...I also ate a sausage and some cut up veggies.
My kid stripped buck naked and did booty shakes for my H and I.

I'm sorry. I'm looking at other gyms but that one is nice and convenient but i guess they don't have boys gymnastics coaches or equipment.

My son does gym and when he’s school aged they have a boy’s program called Ninja Kids (I think it’s all actually co-ed because I see girls in the ninja zone) but I’m glad they have all options for the kids.

Question because I don't think it is thread worthy- we were invited to the reception for H's coworker's wedding. It is being held at a brewery or a pub or something like that. What do I wear? Is cocktail attire too dressy? I was thinking a jumpsuit may work, but not sure about my body currently. Casual dress? I'm not sure if the wedding party is changing on the way to the reception.

It’s quite hard to get your hands on good boys gymnastics coaches. I coached competitively for years and the gym I worked in only had a boys competitive team in my final year of coaching, all because training boys is soooooo different than training girls. As a female coach you have to spend much immersing your head in the different bio-mechanics and most gyms just can’t seem to attract former male gymnasts back yo coach. Unfortunately in Canada the best male coaches flock to Ontario and Alberta.

I need to clean the house, it is a disaster but I just don’t know where to start.
I need a toy room with lots of built in storage so it looks less like the fisher price factory exploded in my lounge room.

I went to a reception at a brewery but it ended up being upstairs and was super fancy and gorgeous. I’d go with a nice, somewhat casual dress to be safe.

So my heart melted. Today was DD’s last day of school for a few months-her immune system is going to bottom out. Anyway the school went gold for childhood cancer awareness. DD’s teach sent me a picture. 7 boys in her class are on the same football team and the Jerseys are gold. So the picture is they standing next to DD literally protecting her.

I’m laughing at the pic I posted because Frank looks very uninterested at his bride’s demise.

thatgolfb I think jumpsuit would be fine. Or casual dress. I wouldn’t think cocktail attire would be necessary in a brewery or pub.

We recently went to a surprise wedding in a pub function room and yeah nice casual dress with flats was the general lady dress theme.
