Hi ladies! Sorry I have been MIA. Health stuff is still not awesome, and I'm giving my notice at work today. So, ya know, nothing big Baby has been moving around more and I can feel lots of movement on the outside now. I'm glad s/he seems to be oblivious to the shit that I'm going through out here! I don't feel like we are done after this one but given all the issues I'm having, and the fact that I'm not getting any younger (I'm 34), I'm not sure it would be wise to get pregnant again. I still want four kids though so I will see what my doctors say after this baby is born, or maybe we even will consider adoption.

dashook, it really sounds like giving your notice was the only thing you could do. Are you going to stay at home for the rest of your pregnancy?

I feel cruddy today. Super swollen and nauseous. I need some time off so bad, but September/October/November are crazy busy for me. So I have to power through. Ugh.

I had gotten very nervous and worked up because spotting has been back, I had intense menstrual type cramps for hours on Wednesday night, and I hadn't felt a hint of baby movement in three days. Was going to call the OB for a Doppler check today. Thankfully after some hot chocolate last night Baby L danced all over the place for DH to feel. Feeling emotionally drained though.

dashook, That's huge! Oh man. At least Baby Dashook doesn't seem concerned with everything going on for you, right now. One good constant I'm super grouchy today. BH are being a pain and I know it's lack of water but I haven't had time to stop and pee this morning, let alone get another drink. I'm ready to go home -.-

sunshiney, can you go in for a check anyway? Maybe the OB can help figure out what is going on?

notagoddess we have the anatomy scan Tuesday anyway so we decided to just wait a few days. The spotting is very light, the cramping stopped (and I was kinda dehydrated that day), and now that we're sure baby was moving, we feel reassured enough.

sunshiney, that makes sense. It seems hydration during pregnancy is a big thing, and kind of a challenge, since you need so much more than before. Habits have to catch up! It's been hard for me too.

notagoddess, ugh I hope you feel better! That’s no fun to have to power through. sunshiney, hugs! I’m glad baby was dancing around but I hear you on feeling drained. So I only ended up getting to tell one of my bosses that I’m leaving, and I had to do it by phone. It was a good conversation though. The other one I left a message asking him to call me. So I kinda hope he does that before he talks to the other one 😞 I just want to get this over with!

Sciatica is such a PITA. Literally and figuratively. 😫 Yoga and some stretches are helping some, but one wrong move while chasing after these crazy boys and I'm in pain any time I walk. /maybe 3 kids will be enough after all 🤷♀️ Sorry 😬. I haven’t dealt with a lot of sciatic pain but it sounds miserable. SPD pain has started here. I had it with both boys and here we are again. it’s worse when I get over 10k steps a day, even with supportive shoes. I need to try wearing my support belt more.

Pregnancy pains are awful. I had a lot of pelvic pain with my second. Not having that this time yet thankfully, but I’m not naive enough to think it will stay that way!

sunshiney glad it calmed down for you. ❤️ Hydration really does take a toll. I always get BH if dehydrated. dashook So glad you were able to advocate for yourself and do what's best for you. Hope you can reach your other boss soon. That last day will feel amazing! Make big plans! notagoddess hope you're feeling better soon. Sorry it's a rough fall for you. ❤️ @amc I am with you completely on the sciatica. It's so hard chasing the kids with it! We are definitely done with three; mostly because of age and finances and the amount of time it takes us to be ready for another child between pregnancies. But I also feel good with being done this time. I think three is my limit to what I can handle as well. The only twinge I get is a feeling of guilt that my boys have each other as brothers and their little sister will not have the experience of a sister. But she will just have to understand!

hrh I’ve been having the same thoughts if this is a girl. But we are done. 3 babies in 4 years is a lot.
