Does anyone else's kid not eat breakfast? Sometimes I can get C to eat something but he is perfectly content with just waiting until like 11 to have something to eat.

Cadence isn't big on breakfast. If we have any berries in the fridge, mh will give her a bowl of those, but I usually find them back in the fridge when we get home. They do eat breakfast at school though, so depending on what they have she will sometimes eat there.

I've grown up always having to ask for a snack, I've never thought twice about this. You girls made me think.
Silly question, what do you do when your kids load up on snacks right before dinner?

We force a sandwich upon ds about an half an hour after he wakes up. If it were up to him he'd never eat 😉.

I don't let H get snacks for the most part. Sometimes she will grab something and I will tell her yes or no. nam2013 I don't allow snacks near meal times.

B and I have breakfast as soon as we wake up, I'd say within 20-30 minutes. I've always been a breakfast person, and it's become mine and B's time together. We have a good chat about the plan for the day. It's a meltdown if I have breakfast without him, I don't dare.

On the weekends M wants his pancakes or waffles about an hour or so after he wakes. During the week, he is fine. I would feel better if he did eat something during the week because I'm not sure if he goes until lunch or has morning snack at school. If I bring him to school, I try to at least get him to drink some carnation breakfast milk so I know he got something, but he doesn't always want it.

We usually give C a pouch or dry cereal in the car in hopes he eats a bit.
