The stars aligned and everyone woke up in a very cooperative mood, so we are 5 minutes early for drop off. 🤩

I'm WFH today. So much bore.
How many times can one watch the first season of PJ Masks before going insane? Asking for a friend. See also: Baby Shark.

My internet provider does not offer online bill payment. Up until relatively recently, my boss would say that he is going out to "pay bills". I was like... what year is this??

I am trying to figure out how much ground beef/shredded chicken I need to feed 31 people (17 adults, 14 kids ages 4 - 11) for DS10’s birthday party. Party starts at 4 and I will have light apps out, taco bar at 5, cake/ice cream at 5:30, party ‘ends’ at 6. I will have chicken nuggets for those kids who don’t like tacos. Also any ideas for tween-ish party games to play? I would probably do 10 pounds and it would most likely be entirely too much- even when I try to scale my estimates down I make twice as much as I need

I’ve spent an inordinate amount of time editing my bitmoji this morning. Such an adult.

Last year they told me they don't cover vaccines for people over 18. I also paid out of pocket for DTAP while I was pregnant, which I was super pleased about.

I've decided that my Type A teacher personality and library circle time are just not compatible. So many strollers blocking the way, parents and nannies not watching their kids, and 30+ kids with maracas and loud music. I'm going to stop trying to take my kid because after seven years, multiple librarians, and several valiant attempts I'm giving up. Sorry DD, I'll read to you at home.

DD slept through the night. She fell asleep at 6:30 and didn’t wake up to eat until 5 am. Then fell back to sleep until 8.
I’ll take it.
We had her 3 month pediatrician visit and all is well. She does have a head tilt so we have to do neck exercises to stretch it out.

I actually got my tetanus shot at the street fair in town because the County Health department was giving them out.
