Holy fuck guys. The scariest thing happened today. I gave E to my H, who was sitting on our couch, and went into my kitchen. I heard my H start to cough, he has had bronchitis, when I hear silence, a thump, and then crying. I ran into the living room and E was on the floor and my husband had passed out! I grabbed E and he stopped crying immediately so I knew he was fine. And I start yelling to my H who had “woken up”. He was only out for a few seconds but he had no idea what had happened and he felt so scared that he dropped E. I seriously thought he had a seizure. We called our neighbors who were willing to drive H to the ER and so I could stay home with the kids. While he was in the ER he did it again. Basically the doctors said he was coughing too hard. His chest and lungs were clear from the meds he was on and so they told him he was coughing so hard to bring the crap in his lungs only there isn’t anything anymore. He has to try to relax himself when/if he starts to cough to prevent it from happening again. But it was scary. And E must have fallen directly on his stomach because he’s doesn’t have a bump or scratch on him. He was just inches from our coffee table so now I’m going to have nightmares about him hitting it. I'm sorry I hope it doesn't happen again! I've had really terrible coughs when I was in college but I never passed out from them!

@idubhawksfan both of my boys have gotten adhesions, despite me being better with ds2. Our ped says it’ll correct at puberty- I hope she’s right, but I certainly won’t ask DS1 when he’s that old how things are looking so I guess I’ll never know!!!
@satahandben108 how scary! I hope your H’s cough clears up quickly and that doesn’t happen again. Glad E is okay!!

My day was fun but long. I went to the Wisconsin Badger football game. My dad has season tickets so we go every year. We left around 1030am and got back around 8. My mom watched the boys and she is beat lol. She watches each of them Individually during the week but has never done an extended day of both lol. Ds2 still has diarrhea but is acting normal, poor guy has a bad rash now, I hate teething!!!

Catching up. R has a fever (again) and she woke up when I was checking her temp. Now it's going to take an act of Congress to get her back down. sarah that is so scary!!! I'm glad everything turned out ok. This week is my charity golf event. I also have a Kendra Scott event on Wednesday night. All benefitting childhood cancer research. But lord I'm tired. Also for icing on the cake, H will be going to Costa Rica for a week starting the morning of my golf event so I'll be solo parenting while directing. Beer and coffee for me. Oh and bonus, I signed up for Body Combat instructor training in November.

jenn83 that sounds exhausting! But I loved Body Combat when I tried it, even though I felt like I was flailing uncontrollably. 😂 Bodypump is my fave class, though.

Lol whoops! I forgot to edit that out from the text I sent to my mom telling her. That is his NN. Yeah we were supposed to pull the skin back to expose the head after his circ but I had no idea it could fuse so late. I put petroleum jelly back on it again today just like newborn. Poor little guy. Ahhh ok. My two are uncircumcised so that makes more sense now! I hope he is better soon. +1.

Anyone hate grocery shopping as much as I do? Unfortunately we are not in an area that does curbside or online. I like having a house full of food but boy to I hate having to get it.

We've had a pretty relaxing weekend, I finally spent the gift voucher work got me for DD's birth at petit bateau. I was meaning to use it in the sales as everything is so expensive but I forgot...
We ended up getting her the most adorable yellow rain jacket for next summer and a body. 100€ doesn't stretch far in that shop, not sure getting the store card will be useful 🤔
Today was no car day which doesn't make a massive difference in our area but it was nice to have a walk around.

That sounds painful, poor guy. Yesterday was 9 mo appt. we weren’t doing a good enough job lately of really pulling back on Teddy’s penis once a day and it had partially fused so the dr broke the skin today. He said we still caught it early because most end up at a urologist. Poor guy was shaking last night when dh did it again. 😭

PSA: I guess the target car seat trade in event is going on until the 22nd. I may persuade dh to take advantage and trade in for a convertible. Otherwise we would be waiting several years for DD’s booster seat. Have any of you transitioned to concertible with your babes yet, if you had infant seats to start? H has been in a convertible in MHs car since the start. We already owned it and the additional base for our infant seat was $$.

Hi, woke up congested, I'm thinking allergies. Picked up H from my parents and he's a snotty mess too. No desire to do anything today but I'm at least doing laundry. Just ate a pretzel for lunch because nothing sounds appealing with this post nasal drip. I'm considering skipping my cousin's wedding and doing a long weekend in the Berkshires in MA to relax. Anyone ever been? What can we do in the off season?

I’m so frustrated. Yesterday the Britax Marathon that they have 1 in stock of at our target was an extra $40 off. Of course today it’s bavk to normal price, with another not quite as on sale but has to ship. So I need to order the 2nd from amazon first so we aren’t without a car seat for him for a few days. Flawed!

I actually really like grocery shopping. It can be dicey when I have to do it solo with both boys though. Do you have a chain grocery store near you? If so, maybe they’ll start doing online/curbside pick up soon- we have a Walmart and a Pick n Save (Kroger) that just started doing it within the last year.

sarahandben108 how scary, hopefully his coughing gets under control soon. I still have nightmares about this cup with a hard plastic straw just missing DS2's eye when he fell near it. ldubhawksfan Target will still price match Amazon base price before you used the trade in coupon, so double check. We've also been down that road with the circ and it can be hard to make sure when you don't know exactly what you are looking for. My seasonal gig is going well so far, but it has been so hot. Yesterday I was by where they make pies, cookies, bars, breads, kettle corn, caramel apples, and other locations bring stuff over too. It smelled so amazing, but it was sweltering. Took home apple cider donuts for today, they were so yummy.

We will also be taking advantage of the car seat trade in. C will use Ds1’s convertible seats so we need to get him a couple of harness boosters.

I actually really enjoy grocery shopping, even with kids as long as they are acting right, but I don't enjoy the time it takes. Ordering online is the best ever.

clucky that place looks amazing! I love those types of farms and little shops that sell that type of food. I used to work at a farm stand and it remains my favorite job of all time.

And order the amazon one too since that will be here Tuesday. And if we really need to take DS somewhere Monday, we can use the Cosco travel seat.

This is not even a tiny part of this whole place. It is huge. There are 22 places to grab food, it is a fall destination for some families. I still can't believe people plan vacations around coming here, but then again, I understand it. They even have strolling characters. Many of the security dress up as sherrifs. It is just a fun place to be.
