Ultimate goal: Same as before. Looking to drop around 20 lbs.
This week's goal: Keep off the junk.
How are you doing so far? Good. I bought a new running chariot so DD can come for runs with me again (she's way too big for her running stroller now). We manage about a 6k run every other day. I would do every day but it's hard to convince her to just sit there for 45 minutes:/
Why are you working towards this goal? Just to get back to myself.
What are your obstacles towards reaching your goal? I threw my knee out earlier this summer and right now I have the plague. I completely lost my voice. And once we start TTC I usually get a little lax with my workouts.

Ultimate goal: Get down to pre-pregnancy weight.
This week's goal: 1 lb. Track my food again. No extra sugar.
How are you doing so far? I had a mug cake last night. Whoops. But I haven't put any weight BACK on since losing 5 lbs since July 1st, so progress in small steps. Definitely much better at watching *how* much I eat, even if I'm making bad choices sometimes.
Why are you working towards this goal? Hip issues since last pregnancy, want to fit my old clothes that I love.
What are your obstacles towards reaching your goal? Eating healthy with a toddler and a DH who eats junk. Too tired to exercise. Also recovering from chronic bronchitis right night so exercise is actually impossible unless I want to end up in the ER.

Ultimate goal:
This week's goal: Continuing logging my food on the weight watchers app
How are you doing so far? Good! I'm now down 36 from when I started WW in April and was down 28 at that point from when I had DD2 at the end of December. I'm starting to notice a difference that others have been noticing for longer than me. I still want to lose about 16 lbs and I am hoping I can do that mostly through food choices.
Why are you working towards this goal? I'd like to lose as much as possible before hopefully getting pregnant again. I gained 60 lbs with each of my kids and would really like to be eating healthier and gain like 20.
What are your obstacles towards reaching your goal? DH is not healthy at all and my toddler likes snacks. The sucky thing with WW is that beer is so many points so if I want one or a few I need to eat very little or nothing which I know is not healthy but sometimes is so worth it.
