I noticed he had swelling behind his right ear yesterday evening, so I took him in to the pedi this morning thinking it’s just his lymph nodes. Well he has a lot of different things happening including a little wheezing, teeth coming in, an ear infection, and the swelling is not lymph nodes, so they are sending us up to Children’s ER so their ENT can check him out. The pedi mentioned possible mastoiditis, but not sure. My poor baby. 😞 Shit! Didn't you say you just started oral antibiotics yesterday? Please keep us updated! |

Guys, it was dreadlock creme. Evelyn slathered herself in her brother's dreadlock creme right before picture day. I gave her a second shower and it still did not come out. I was franticly blow- drying her as the bus pulled up, so I have no idea what her hair will look like. I emailed the teacher and asked her to do her best.
Good Lord, that kid. I forgot I have her intake with the specialist today and I will definitely be mentioning this 😏

Ugh, anytime H goes out of town on long trips, something happens. I went to leave for lunch and tried to open the car door. The handle just popped and wouldn't open. Tried it a few times, no open. I had to crawl through from the passenger side. I called the dealership because obviously something is broken, they told me to come whenever, I told them I'd be there at 4.
Of course, it's H's car, not mine.
And crawling across the front of a car, with a back not in line, is a bit uncomfortable.

joelies you’re not alone. I bought a whole bunch of clothes for dd, I need to exchange most of them for one size up. Ds was 32mo when he was dd’s size (26mo) i was just way off. X is such a beast, you would never guess he doesn't eat. He's been in 3T for awhile and he is 36 inches, 35 pounds and has been for some time. He towers over the other 2 year-olds. |

He’s not much bigger than dd, she’s 35inch. She is lighter though at 26lbs. How old is he exactly, I forgot 🙄. |

He and C can be buds. At 36" she dwarfed all but one of the littles in her class today, and she's one of the youngest. I have been buying 3T for fall and the Lilly stuff I ordered this morning for next summer, I got in 4's  Slow down, kids!! |

Thanks guys. We made it in and got checked in and in a room pretty quickly. I’ve never been to a children’s hospital but it’s pretty cool. They have red wagons everywhere for you to wheel the kids around in. M2 didn’t want to part with his once we got to our destination.
I also forgot to stop for lunch before we came in, so I hope we won’t be here for hours on end. I had a half cup of coffee and a half of a clif bar since this morning.

LO gets a heat rash on his legs that cleared up at my parents place. It’s back. He wants to wear pants tomorrow so he doesn’t scratch it but I think it will make it worse. What are your thoughts?

Just looked at the weather for the week and it’s super gross, gray and rainy. I had two really cute dresses picked out for Josie for school on Wednesday and Friday, and now I think it might be too cold for those. So annoying.
