Day 82 done yesterday Day 83 this morning Day 84 Skinny Sunday Week 12✅
Also did 45 minutes of lane swimming this morning. I love putting that workout into my Lose It log day.

87 done. I’m dreading my after photos because I didn’t make the progress I made last time but I’m just gonna go ahead and blame breastfeeding and pretend I don’t eat breakfast dessert.

Day 87 done this morning.
I originally didnt have my alarm set, but I just wake up at 5.15am now, so it's part of my life now. So yes, let's find something 20ish minutes that we can continue. Do we maybe start another challenge Nov 15th? By then everyone should be caught up? I'm down for whatever..
I'll do 88 Tues morning, 89/90 Wed morning and do final weigh in, measurements and pictures on Thursday morning. Which works out perfect with birthdays, birthday parties and my SIL coming.

What if we did another 90 day challenge but picked 3 different ones and did the last 30 days of each? So as not to start at day 1 with the easier workouts. Does that make sense?

That is what I did the first time I finished 5.0 until I got pregnant and decided to just be lazy. I did 6.0 but she never did more than 2 rounds of tabatas right to the end so I used to rewind and repeat.
