Figured it was time for a new thread.
I did day 30 fit test and day 31. I HATE this cardio format. But happy to be in the second phase.

Day 41 ✅
I hated the format last week but I’m fine with it this week. I think I just didn’t like the cardio exercises last week.
For some reason Day 43 shows up blank but I googled and found it on YouTube and it’s a repeat upper body from a couple weeks ago. I was trying to figure out when the next Fit Test is because I don’t like to be surprised! Anyone know?

Day 44 done and an ab video. I think I lifted to heavy yesterday for the lateral raises, because I feel like I hyperextended my elbow.

I did Day 41 today. I feel a lot less jiggly then a used to even though the scale isn’t where I want it.

Day 45 for test done. Still making small improvements. I think I’m going to take pictures today to compare to my day 1. I actually feel really well, and I think my clothes are getting looser, but the scale is not moving much.

My muscles are killing me this week so I couldn’t double up today. I was hoping to work ahead due to our Disney trip next week but I’ll just have to catch up. I don’t want to hurt myself.

I was having a hard time doing it every day even though they're short, so I started doing an upper, lower, and cardio in one session, three times a week. That's working out better for me.

I gave up. It's just been too hard to fit it in now that school had started. My life already has too many things and I do not need another thing. I actually love working out, but I am resigned to the fact that I have to be able to go to the gym and drop all my children off. Also, I think my meds are causing me to hold onto weight. I was doing this every day and eating well and did not drop a pound. That is unusual for me (and extremely discouraging).
I am supposed to begin weaning off the meds in October and once we are out of heavy cold/flu season I will start bringing Bea to the gym. I'm just going to stay fat until then. All that to say, I enjoyed doing this with you guys and would do another challenge in the future. I plan to still pop in from time and cheer you guys on 😁
