Tapatalk is still being wonky for me. GR.
I got DS2's allergy blood work results back and he reacted majorly to egg whites. Like more than peanuts. But thankfully those were the only things he reacted to and we didn't have any surprises. I will now be cutting eggs out completely of my diet.

I am curious if your allergist told you to cut eggs (and peanuts) out of your diet, and/or if you see reactions in him if you eat those things. DS2 has a pretty significant milk allergy but I can eat dairy and breastfed him without any reactions or even worsening his eczema. As DS2 starts to eat more of our food we will transition to be a mostly dairy free household but for now we all eat dairy and just wash our hands a lot!!!

She actually told me to keep peanuts in my diet initially but it made a HUGE difference in his skin when I stopped eating them. I'm operating under the assumption that eliminating eggs will help too. I've only been eating baked eggs (cookies, ziti, etc). And infrequently. Ive been avoiding eggs since he reacted in July. I do get a burger from Wendy's that has mayo on it every so often and I've noticed his skin gets irritated and he spits up more when I eat one.

B was wide awake for at least an hour last night because I had to change him after he peed out of his diaper. He’s already in size 4 overnights, do I really need to move to size 5 already??? He’s only like 18-20 lbs but still nurses a few times overnight.

Morning, no internet at work, again. I have filing I could be doing but figured I'd check in here. I need to get caught up I don't think I was in here at all this weekend.
Anyone else feel like they did a ton and nothing at the same time over the weekend? I was busy but barely made a dent in my to do list.

So now I need to clean my house again. I'm right there with you on the being busy but not getting much done! Lol.

On the one hand it makes it easier to not have to worry about cross contamination but on the other it is so hard to eliminate food you like! Our allergist said they are working on peanut patches to help desensitize kids with allergies which should be available soon and they are developing patches for all the common allergens. I’m crossing my fingers that research continues and that soon these allergies will be a thing of the past!!

Sorry about the egg white allergy grumpycat, that's tough! That's neat jules1614, I haven't heard of that! Happy Tuesday everyone. We went for a walk this morning and it's starting to feel quite fallish, it was cool out! All we have planned today is toddler time up the street. Aka I don't have to feed Jojo lunch today, so yay.

Hi, all! I am home today, because I work Saturday again this week. I decided I'm going to try not to do shit today, lol. My last solo day off I did too much and regretted it.
I'm going to do a work out, do a hair and face mask, and catch up on shows. Maybe do some light meal prepping. I do have an eyebrow and Brazilian wax in a few, but i just have to lie there. 😊
Right now I am sipping coffee and watching the Southern Charm reunion. I have been binging it and I am finally caught up.

I'm here. Trying to get back into the routine of being back at work. It's hard though. E was up from 3-4 this morning. I was going to get up at 4:30 and use the treadmill but that wasn't going to happen. He's making it really hard to be consistent with the treadmill. Sorry about the eggs grumpycat. Hopefully these babies grow out of their allergies and soon.

Keeping two kids alive and uninjured takes up all of my energy. I was exhausted last night and my house is a disaster.

He has so many bumps and bruises. Ds2 is starting to get more bumps too since he's crappy at pulling up on stuff. Kids are insane.

I am just done with my kids today. Except the baby because she's super cute. Her new trick is clapping...but only when I a)put her in her high chair and b) bring food out of the kitchen. Tomorrow DS is at (his last day of) daycare and then I only have to survive Thursday. He starts school on Friday. AND I CANNOT WAIT.

I'm fall AF today. It is actually cloudy and even a bit drizzly, which is very odd for Sept here. I made myself a PSL, have a fall candle lighted, and am wrapped in my Barefoot Dreams cardigan. Best.

I would have started decorating the house for fall if I could reach the decorations in the garage. Dh put them up too high ... Probably on purpose 😂

doxiemama, get huggies overnites! I tried one last night and I didn't even change her in the night and no leaks! That’s what we use! Funny story though, I went out and bought size 5s, then as I was emptying out my basket on top of the dresser I realized I had some size 3s mixed in with the 4s. So I’m thinking he might have been leaking out of the 3s. Testing it out for a few nights, so far no issues.
