I am home all day. I go to work when MH gets home. He does the parenting after I leave.

We got so lucky and got into the best centre in the city at the last minute. They normally don’t have babies under a year old and you are typically on the wait list 12+ months. We love it

Io. SAHM here. The baby is easy, the toddler on the other hand is trying to make my head explode.
ETA: if I had just the toddler I think I’d be fine but both of them are tough yo.

In home daycare in the morning and home with me in the afternoon. I primarily WFH part time so it works for us

I just went back to work this week. My in-laws watch the baby four days a week and my mom one day. DS goes to preschool 3 full days a week and then is with each set of family one day. I’m off with them for school vacations and the summer.

He was going to a friends who used to be a certified sitter but gave up her license voluntarily because she wanted ed to be more of a sham with just a few kids.
This week he transitions to the in home provider we use for DS1 got before/after school and summer care. It will be super nice to be doing only one drop off/pick up but I’m nervous since he’ll be the littlest baby there that sometimes he won’t get what he needs age wise because of other kids schedules.

We have a combination- DH and I both work a day a week from home, so we are home with him those two days. We have my sister watch 1 day a week, and then a nanny comes two days a week.

Special snowflake? We have a nanny that watches DD in her home. She's a SAHM with her 2 girls.

Both my girls started in full time daycare in mid April. Before that they were at a 1/2 day church preschool followed by a nanny in the afternoons but it was way too much coordination for me and the chance that the nanny called in sick so full time is way easier for our schedules now.

My H works 4am to mid day. So the girls go to a private in home sitter 4 half days a week. I LOVE my sitter.

My girls go to a full time center. It's education based so the big is in a preschool setting. We love her classroom. I'm not a fan of the baby teachers though.

Me, all day every day lol! DS started kindergarten last week which is full days every second day. DD1 will start preschool in 2 weeks which is 2.5 hours in the morning twice a week (opposite days of DS’s schedule). So in a couple weeks I’ll be down to a different combo of 2 kids every morning which will be odd!
