The children are conspiring against me. Ds2 was partying from 12-2 and ds1 was crawling into our bed at 530. Whyyyyyyyyy. I fed ds2 at 7am when ds1 noise woke him up and thankfully he went back to sleep. Ds1 was stomping like legit marching around the house.

I'm here. E slept better last night but he was wide awake at 3:30 as usual. We fed him and he went back to bed at 4:15 for another hour. N has been getting up before 5 the last few days and at some point he came into our room. I threw him in our bed and he slept until 6.
I did get on the treadmill for 30 minutes but it wasn't much of a workout. I was so tired from the last few days but I guess it was better than nothing.

Hello! I have been MIA for a bit. We had fun in Phoenix but the kids are still recovering from it and we got back late Tuesday. My house is a wreck and it appears L is "this" close to walking so it seems it will be awhile before I can get caught up on everything. I told H I needed a couple of hours sans kids this weekend just to get the living room and kitchen in order but I doubt I will get that. I'm not sure what we will do this weekend. H has mentioned going to the farm (family land with a house on it) and maybe the lake but I really just want to chill a little. Who knows.

Good work getting on the treadmill sarahandben108, that's most of the battle, just getting on. Another crappy sleep over here too. Up at ten after five 😣

TGIF! and it’s a long weekend too!
One of DS1’s arms got a large red and hot spot yesterday, presumably from his vaccine. I outlined it and the redness was slightly better this morning and it wasn’t hot anymore. I think I’ll call the ped just to make sure there isn’t anything else I need to do and to just make them aware of a possible reaction in the future?
The weather is gorgeous here, I slept with the windows open and it was heavenly- that is, until the neighbors rooster starting crowing from 3am-4am. It was the final straw for me. Roosters are not allowed in city limits so I called it in- I’ve been dealing with it for months during the day but don’t mess with my sleep!!!
ETA- to be clear I did not call the police on my neighbors, I called the City code inspector.

I cant count the amount of times I've had to fish dog and cat food out of his mouth.

Hey ladies! I’ve been so busy at work. Looking forward to a 3-day weekend. I’ve been feeling lots of feelings about weaning but my decision feels justified because every time I do nurse, C only eats for 30 seconds tops before he loses interest. He has been so sweet though- he’s started hugging! When I pick him up he wraps his little arms around my neck and squeezes. It’s the best!

Hi. I still exist, barely. Work has been keeping me busy but I’ve still been reading.
N finally sttn again the last two nights. I feel almost human. His two bottom teeth are just coming in and he seems to have a bit of a fever. I’m not thinking he’ll make it all night tonight.
They bumped him up to the pre-tot (12-18 months) room at daycare today to stay in ratio. I wasn’t super excited about it because he is SO small compared to those kids but he did great! He even took an almost 2 hour nap...on a cot! I can’t believe what a big boy he was. He won’t move up permanently until maybe January but I imagine they’ll bump him more frequently now that they know he does a good job.
It’s supposed to rain all weekend. Total bummer.

I'm here, busy day!!
Baby slept like crap, my own fault since I bragged yesterday about her good night the night before. I went grocery shopping and cleaned the house including mopping the floors. We picked up the kids early from daycare with the intention of going to my parents' house for dinner. Literally two seconds after we picked them up, I hear a god awful noise from the back seat. Pull over, baby had upchucked EVERYWHERE. Absolutely covered in it. We drive home, hose her and the carseat off, grab the extra car seat out of the truck and away we go. The kids were a disaster, so grumpy after daycare. They're all passed out right now, tylenol/motrin for the baby, motrin for the toddler for "mouf hurt" and nothing for DS lol.

Hi all! Trying to find my groove with kids back in school (which will change again in October). MIL is still helping, but she is coming to our house and it throws me off, though today we took the little 2 to the craft store, so that was nice.
BIL's pancreas is failing, but so far the kidney is still doing well. So they are looking at a pump and putting him back on the transplant list. MIL is stressed to the max, so it was nice to get her around the hoys. She crafted and listened to them from the other room while they played and chatted away. A kept climbing on the trundle bed and then yelling to help him get down. Silly kid won't listen on how to get back down.

Sorry for your BIL clucky. I shouldn't have bragged about good sleep yesterday, I got paid back with her waking up just as we were headed for bed and again at 3am. That one got her into our bed as we both failed to get her back into hers after almost an hour of trying.
