I liked the recent threads or whatever that we saw at SM. Can you explain to me how it worked? I didn't visit SM enough times to check it out. Was it a list of threads in a little sidebar box? Or a link from the main menu bar, that brought you to a page of all the recently updated threads? It was part of the navigation drop down. When you clicked it, it showed all of the most recent threads across the different boards. I liked it because I found myself interacting on more than just one board that way. |

I can go either way with the side bar. I thought I read anarossi or someone say that it could be collapsible. If that is an option, maybe it would appease everyone? |

I wonder if there's an add-on to either make it optional, or make it slide off to the left so you could just pull it out when you want it. That's exactly what I was looking to do, but it's not looking like it's going to work. As of right now, you can click the top (where it says "Board Navigation") and the menu folds up, but you don't get the screen real estate back. Sad trombone. Can you control where it is? It currently has navigation, home, forum, participated, help etc etc.
At scary mommy it had a recent option.

Based on the reviews, this plug-in has a lot of bugs that haven't been worked out. My personal opinion is that that the dropdown menu contains the same links as the sidebar, so it's rendered pretty much obsolete... if someone has an argument against that, I'm more than willing to hear it. But I'm not sure the sidebar adds enough unique value to make it worth 320px of screen space. |

Would it be possible to add the navigation cookie crumbs to the bottom of the screen? The "Back to Threads" button still doesn't work for me, but if
A Place to Meet > General Discussions > Navigation Question were at the bottom as well as the top, I could use that, and wouldn't miss the side bar as much.

FWIW, I love the full page. I hated the navigation thing taking up like half of my screen. But, if there would be a way to make it hideable, that would be ideal, I guess. For the weirdos that liked it. |

It's been fixed for now, but the Back to Threads button at the bottom has lots its coloring/formatting to match the rest of the page; small sacrifice IMO so that the page numbers actually behave correctly. I'll fix the formatting issue separately. |

The board categories on the main page are now collapsible. Click the category name to fold/unfold.
Also, it will save your state; so if you collapse all of the categories, the next time you visit the page, they will still be collapsed. Great filtering your landing page to just the categories you frequent.
