Oh man. Ate H's Olive Garden leftovers (seafood alfredo) at lunch and had the tiniest sliver of lemon meringue pie that someone brought in and I'm so so so so regretting my life decisions. My stomach is cramping so bad it's making my back hurt. F this. And I'm the only person in the office over this lunch hour so I can't even be lazy. I really need to listen to myself when I know dairy is not a good friend.

thelittleredm, ugh sorry you're not feeling well! Delicious food should not punish us after the fact. I hope it isn't insensitive to say that I would kill for some Olive Garden right now. There really are not very many of them in eastern MA and it's a bummer.

thelittleredm oh I'm so sorry. I hate how it's too late, nothing to do but suffer through it. Stayed up many a night with those regrets over heartburn!

My tummy is bad lately with no good explanation. My Crohn's had gotten so good, I was eating everything without any symptoms earlier in pregnancy. Now no matter what I eat I'm still running for the bathroom a few times a day. Crohn's can get better or worse with pregnancy, I'm getting nervous that it will keep getting worse.
Not sure what's Crohn's pain vs RLP either... Does anyone's RLP feel very sore when something presses on the lower tummy, when they walk or move quickly, sneeze? Is it just one little sharp spot or more the whole uterine area? I've been feeling like my whole uterus and surrounding area is so sore and sensitive so thinking maybe it's more Crohn's inflammation? Is it normal pregnancy stuff for anyone else? Thank you!

There really are not very many of them in eastern MA and it's a bummer. I felt this way about lettuce wraps from PF Changs. I haven't eaten there in years and Thursday I had serious cravings, Friday I got what I wanted!! You just need to make it to Olive Garden now lol it's great on the other side

sunshiney, for RLP I get sharp, sudden pain that passes quickly if I sneeze or twist suddenly. It's usually on one side. It's bad but it's over within a minute.

I'm definitely showing, even in non-maternity clothes. People are obviously staring at my belly. I need to tell my boss. We have a meeting today and I hope I can get it out then.

I also get it when I stand up too quickly or try to sit up out of bed as opposed to slowly rolling over and up.

I sneezed the other day and it hurt so bad! It’s weird how the RLP comes and goes for me. It seems to be the worst at night and sometimes I just can’t get comfy. I think I need one of those giant pregnancy pillows!

strawberrykiki I got a body pillow early on, no room for the big ones that wrap around you in our little full size bed, but a long body pillow filled with shredded memory foam had worked really well. Just last night DH got a leg up on it too and was like, this is amazing!!

I never got a Snoogle and I can't bring myself to buy one now in my third pregnancy; feel like I missed the boat! But I've done well with a gel pillow that I set under my belly, and a long body pillow behind me to support my back. Definitely not afraid to go heavy on the pillows!

thelittleredm I hope you’re feeling better today! sunshiney My RLP is a pinching feeling on the sides, usually when I stand up too quickly or sneeze. I’m sorry that your Crohn’s seems to be getting worse. FX that it eases up for you. strawberrykiki I fully endorse pregnancy pillows! I sleep with a C-shaped snoogle even when not pregnant. It’s the best thing for my back and hip pain.

I have excellent news to report: I just ate Chick Fil-A for lunch, and my bizarre CFA nugget aversion is gone! 🎉🎉🎉

sunshiney my RLP can be sharp, but it’s often dull and achey after activity, like squatting or waking fast So we just got new neighbors 2 days ago. They’ve got at least 4 kids from what I saw. We did the friendly generalized hello, welcomed them to the neighborhood and went on our way. This evening DD says “who’s that?” I look up to see their 3 yr old on our deck peeking through our sliding glass door. I returned him to his house and mom was apologetic, but just hope this isn’t a sign of our new norm. I liked our boring, quiet old neighbors

Ugh. Having a cold while pregnant has got to be the worst. I'm sneezing a ton and its flaring up some RLP.

sunshiney, I get both those feelings. Sharp pain I consider more RLP, but then my whole uterus just aches so badly sometimes. It is sometimes indigestion related for me, but other times just a dull ache and if I support my belly, it eases. It also aches and gets tight when I am overheated and/or dehydrated. Sorry you have Crohn's, I have a family member with it and it can be awful. I hope your symptoms are not it flaring up!

It is horribly smokey at my house as well. I have been getting headaches in the afternoons that I think are caused by the smoke. It is absolutely awful.

I got the call scheduling my anatomy scan today. It is just under a month away, but it still feels surreal to closing in on the halfway mark! I am really ready to find out the baby's sex.

Has anyone else switched to Maternity panties? Mine just arrived, oh my goodness I'm in love! They have full butt coverage which never happens for my very roundy bum but are super low in front so there's no tummy pressure. Now to find a supportive but comfy bra...

sunshiney, what did you get? Last pregnancy, I ended up getting some cheap 6-packs of underwear in a size or two up, but I was still pretty uncomfortable at the end. tngrl3, I'm dealing with this too. It's been a week of this cold, which has morphed into bronchitis, and it's awful. UGH. Pregnant ladies should be spared.

Yes! Love my maternity underwear! I have some from my pregnancy with DD but I recently ordered a new pair that go all the way up over the bump and are "shaping" and I am in love. I want to order one for every day of the week but that definitely would break that bank.

sunshiney, Love my maternity underwear! I got mine at Buy Buy Baby. I *think* they're the Jessica Simpson ones. TashaLa, That would crack me up Lol Seriously, if I ever let my kids roam my neighborhood, DS2 would definitely find his way to everyone's door/window to look inside. H, however, would be more irritated finding random kids looking into our house. Hopefully, this is just an exploratory phase and won't be happening regularly! wildflowers, You know, I was a little surprised I didn't get asked to schedule our anatomy scan after my appointment. My next check up is at 17+4. But maybe they'll schedule it then? IDK.

smile.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B072B8X4G2?psc=1&ref=yo_pop_mb_pd_titlenotagoddess these! I vacillated between size L and XL for so long. Must reviews say order a size up from your pre pregnancy size, and I was wearing M but barely lol... Pleased that the L fits great, There's really more room in the bum than any underwear I've worn. Ever since working at a donut shop in high school with a pregnant supervisor who sang the praises of over the bump undies, I'd planned to get those, but my tummy is so sensitive plus I thought it would get bunchy with OTB undies under OTB jeans. Granted I'm still in first trI so who knows. Just got a five pack for now.
