This is a combined TTC thread for EVERYONE currently TTC. Whether you're a first timer, a many timer, or an old timer come on in and pass the time as we struggle through WTO and the dreaded TWW.
As this is a combined thread there will be talk of LC, losses, and IF struggles. If any of these are hard for you please just let us know in your first post and I'm sure the lovely ladies on here will be happy to add TWs to accommodate.
Feel free to add a little intro to help us get to know you better;)
Please come join us!

Month/Cycle: 24/7AL
Timing: n/a
CD/DPO: n/a
Symptoms: nausea, hot flashes, headaches - I'm ready to be done with this birth control!
RRCS: Last day of BC is Wed (of course my pill pack is 1 day short so I have to pick up a refill today, annoying haha) and then baseline ultrasound on Friday. Assuming all looks good I start stims (injections) on Saturday!
I finally told my parents last night about our IF struggles and upcoming IVF. I'm glad to have it out in the open. My mom went through years of IF before they adopted me so she is very aware of the struggle.

Well today is CD1. I'm not sure Mh and I had sex even once in that time period lol so ntnp is clearly going well. I'm in a weird head space about TTC again and I need to get over the hump. No pun intended. Do I need to TW my LC? I'll spoiler just in case... My son (M) is almost 2.5 and this is always the timeline we've talked about TFAS. I saw M be so sweet with a baby at daycare last week and he would be a great big brother. I know that's true and I want to be ready, but I'm scared. It's taken me a long time to come to terms with the trauma surrounding M's birth, to recognize it AS trauma. Mh brought it up in a conversation recently and to hear him say, "I could see it was traumatic for you." hit me hard. Like this acknowledgement made it real. It's something I went through and not something that can be diminished because I took a healthy baby home. Though lord knows I was and continue to be thankful for that.
It wouldn't be the same a second time, I know that. And I know I'm putting the cart well before the horse here, but it's been holding me back and I'm trying to get past that.

Month/cycle: 8/8 Timing: -4, -2, -1 CD/DPO: CD17/ 1 DPO Symptoms: None yet! RRCS: Feeling hopeful for this cycle, we haven't had this good timing in a very long time. Kind of dreading this TWW though. I feel like it is going to drag by.

beenthere, that's great timing! I know it's not every day but pretty sure even FF would call it good. notblanche, the consensus back when we combined into one TTC thread was that we weren't going to do TWs (LCs, loss, etc) unless it was brought up that people wanted the TW. So you're safe talking about whatever sunny75, FX!!!

Month/Cycle: started TTC winter 2016, break/benched summer 2017 through winter 2018. Off bench 5 months
Timing: n/a
CD/DPO: 3
Symptoms: Nothing. Just a really heavy period post-clomid stairstep and crinone. It was so nice being off IF drugs for the past 5 days. I actually felt so much more like myself. Even my PMS wasn't that bad. It really is amazing how clomid and crinone have affected my body and mood (and not in a good way).
RRCS: The first available consult for injectables was a week from today (so CD 10). But my RE thinks we should do a clomid 100 cycle in between now and then. So Wed, I'll do a 5-day run of Clomid. Monday, we will game plan injectables if this cycles is a bust. Then next Friday, we will have a monitoring ultrasound and labs. On the bright side, DH started a new project in a new city and may be able to frequently come home on Wednesdays. This would give us one more night a week for BDing, and make the TTC calendar a lot less stressful.

Month/Cycle: 3/3
Timing: This has been a wonky cycle (+ opk on cd 9) so I don’t know when or if I ovulated. And since I don’t temp I guess I’ll talk in terms of CD not DPO. The last few months I’ve ovulated on CD16 or 17.
CD 9, 10, 11, 15 so far
CD/DPO: CD 16/ ?
Symptoms: I had some major cramping the past few days but no ewcm
RRCS: I’ve kind of given up on this cycle but maybe I’ll be pleasantly surprised. The Femara side effects at my dosage are starting to wear on me so we may have to reevaluate things in a month or two if we aren’t pregnant

Month/Cycle: 2/2
Timing: ntnp
CD/DPO: CD 15
Symptoms: n/a
RRCS: Im very hopeful for this cycle, but also a little nervous if it happens. Im MOH in a wedding in November, and I don't drink (too many bad experiences). It would be great if I could be pregnant at the bachelorette party so I had a clear and indisputable reason why I can't drink and I can avoid the "come on, just one!!" effect. Did I mention the bachelorette party is in Vegas? On the downside, id be 3 months pregnant at the wedding. Would I be showing? I know none of this matters in the long run but its a conundrum for me none the less :/

I had weird spotting today.... 5dpo. Just when I wiped. 🤔🤔🤔 I'm probably looking into it too much. It'd be way way too early for implantation bleeding.

Eek honda well that's exciting! Pee on more sticks. And thank you. I still feel guilty talking about it but, as a result, I developed PPA that was severe. I'm scared of that too. sarahh, good luck! I keep thinking I'll try to temp this time because I never did when TTC #1 but I'm not sure I'm disciplined enough.

Month/Cycle: Month 31. Cycle 9AL. 6 lossed in two years.
Timing: N/a
CD/DPO: CD4.
RRCS: AF has been rough this month. Monday was a really bad depression day, and yesterday I felt really bad physically. I went to bed at 7.30! Feeling better today, but still tired.
I'll start OPKs on Sunday and hopefully we'll start EOD then, if not before.

radiantfate, sympathy for the poor timing. Hoping that your cycleis shorter than you fear. honda, I'm so sorry for the bfn. peggyhill, good luck! sarahh, sorry that the symptoms are so miserable. I hope that this cycle works out after all. sharebear, good luck with the clomid, and injectables next week. Great news that your H will be around more! sunny75, great timing! Good luck! notblanche, I'm so sorry that the trauma you suffered is complicating TTC. Recognising and accepting trauma is a huge part of recovery in my experience, but it isn't the end of the journey. I've only recently been able to label my PTSD as such, and it definitely makes the TTC and (hopefully) pregnancy journey much harder. beenthere, when it happens it will happen. Good luck! charliefox, well done for telling your family, that can't have been easy. I hope they're supportive. And good luck for Saturday!

I'm sorry hondapurple I'm sorry it has been a rough week for you. Hopefully some extra sleep helps! beenthere any update on the random spotting? AFM it has taken two 150mg doses of clomid to start feeling crappy again. I'm so glad to hopefully have this be my last clomid cycle. Continuing this would not be sustainable for me.

Does anyone else have a short luteal phase? Mine is 11 days. I do. Without progesterone support, my recent LPs have been 6-10 days. Originally, RE thought my first clomid cycle would help with this. However, it definitely did not. Progesterone support is the only thing that has extended mine.

Does anyone else have a short luteal phase? Mine is 11 days. For the longest time (ie like 2 years) PP mine were 10-11 days. They've lengthened a bit over the last 6 months (after my most recent loss) and are now more like 12-13 days. 11 days should technically be fine, progesterone is the only thing I can think of testing.
