Hi! I had a boring day. They are finally prepping to pave my street from when they did the curbs in like May so I had to park far and I didn’t want to lose my parking spot. I then had to hike all the kids, hockey gear, and 2 air mattresses I was taking to my sister to my far away car. Now the 2 littles are sleeping in the car while DD’s at gymnastics and DS1 is at hockey. My puppy’s leg is still so bad. I’m taking her back to the vet tomorrow and they are sedating her for more tests. I also have to take H to get his stitches out. Both should be fun in the mess of my street. wedding and peachsmama and anyone else who knows about this, my parent’s live next door and their dog has fleas. My dog is terrified of other dogs so they don’t play but we only have a chain link fence between us. I watched videos on finding fleas and mine seems ok (will have the vet look tomorrow though). Should I treat my yard or something? My dog had Frontline like 10 days ago. The frontline should prevent it. I assume your parents are treating their dog? They should make sure to vacuum and use Siphotrol spray around the baseboards in their house in case they live there.

wedding my mom found out about the fleas because she took the dog to the groomer and they called and told her. I know the groomer treated the dog and my mom bought some spray for the house.

kim22 you can also put diatomaceous earth around your yard and fenceline to kill them. In today's edition of Vegans Be Crazy: I've seen some people drinking that stuff to "detox." 😳

vino, I need a new purse too but am unsure what I want. I have become the most indecisive person over the past year or so and I just can't pull the trigger on anything. It's super annoying. Way late but I can totally commiserate! DH gets so frustrated with me bc I cannot pull the trigger on anything. This has definitely snuck up on me in the past few years; part of my problem is that there are so. Many. Choices. that I feel like I have to look everywhere/leave no stone unturned to make sure I’m getting the absolute best/perfect thing. I was actually really proud of myself on Wednesday, we were doing some back to school shopping for B. I could feel the indecision creeping in (do I really need to spend so much? How much does he need? Maybe I should wait...?) and literally stopped and told myself, This is reasonable, these clothes look good, he will wear them, I don’t have to go to more stores, just get them all. And now he’s completely done and I can check it off my to-do list. It feels so freeing, I really need to apply this to more of my decisions.

Netflix got rid of Sarah & Duck. I’m irrationallly upset over this I LOOOOOOVE Sarah and Duck. It's such a calm show and I have fond memories of B and I ending the day together on the couch snuggling watching it.

Took Cadence to PT this morning. ON the way there I listened to my normal morning radio station. Probably not child appropriate. I went to get Cadence out of the car and she looked at me and said, "Douchey"....yeah, def. not child appropriate. Oops

This should have been in today's (Friday's) thread.

Just today I bought the boys some cute Adidas shoes on sale + 25% off and I was thinking on the way home I should have looked at Shoe Carnival at their BOGO1/2off event for the same shoes. Or at our local outlet mall. I was literally doing the mental math to see how much I would have saved. I don't even care about the few dollars saved, I just don't like feeling like I overpaid for something! Then I remembered my time and sanity are valuable, so I am forcing myself to move on (to the next nervewracking decision).

Add me to decision fatigue, I really have to stop myself sometimes because when I look back on items, 9/10 times I go back to my original find.
