As this is a combined thread there will be talk of LC, losses, and IF struggles. If any of these are hard for you please just let us know in your first post and I'm sure the lovely ladies on here will be happy to add TWs to accommodate.
Feel free to add a little intro to help us get to know you better;)

Month/Cycle: Many many, started TTC winter 2016, break/benched summer 2017 through winter 2018. Off bench 4-5 months.
Timing: O-1, O, O+1 (we think based on US and labs for O date)
CD/DPO: 38/12 ish?
Symptoms: Bloated, tired, broken out. Pretty much PMS.
RRCS: BFNs on FRERs so far. I had an evap line or dye run yesterday morning that gave me hope. In the past, I've gotten BFPs at 9-10DPO, which is pretty early. I have a blood test tomorrow. I'm assuming it will be negative. I'm excited to stop with the progesterone. I am wondering what the plan will be for the next cycle. So far, we've done 3 clomid cycles. The last one was clomid + progesterone and no trigger because I O'ed earlier than anticipated. So I guess we will see? As much as I hate getting my period, I think I will feel more like myself when I am not actively f-ing with my hormones with fertility meds.

**TW**
Well, I got a BFP at 10 dpo this past Sunday. My lines do look like they are getting darker, which is something. I've been down this road before twice this year, so my heart is guarded. First beta draw was this morning. Feeling tired and nauseous. I'll be breathing a little easier if I get a solid follow up beta on Friday. Today, I am pregnant.

Cycle/month: 14
Timing: n/a
CD/DPO: CD2
Symptoms: cramps, cramps, and more cramps
RRCS: Why do my PMS symptoms have to now be the same as the early pregnancy symptoms I had with DS, it’s such a mind fuck every single cycle. I hate waiting, I just want it to be November already so we can see if the clomid is helping H’s numbers. On the other hand I hate that I’m wishing time away, DS is growing up way too fast. I feel like I’ve spent almost his whole life wishing time away since we’ve been ttc.

Congrats loorin! Month/Cycle: 3/3 Timing: n/a CD/DPO: CD 10 Symptoms: I got a positive opk last night and was spotting a little. I brought it up to my doctor who said it was too early based on my normal ovulation days around CD 16/17. I think we will continue bd'ing every other day until closer to my regular ovulation dates just in case. She didn't seem concerned about the spotting. RRCS: I am right there with you octoberrust. I feel like the femara is making my symptoms even more noticeable and when I am getting close to the end of a cycle I am going crazy trying to decide if the symptoms are pregnancy or period related. So we are going to Colorado next week with my family and while I'm excited to see them I have been keeping TTC a "secret" from them and am not sure if I want to bring it up or not. I can see them having comments that will make me upset so I am leaning toward not telling. Two of my cousins that are around my age are pregnant right now (39 and 40) and my parents and sister have all said how "crazy" they are. TTC'ing is an emotional time anyway especially when it's taking a long time or you need intervention that I am on edge anyway and don't want them to ruin my vacation. Sorry had to vent about that to someone other than DH.

Congrats loorin! octoberrust, I hear you on the not wanting to wish time away. It's definitely been the hardest part of secondary infertility for me. At this point we've been TFAS for almost half of my DDs life and that makes me so sad. sarahh, I hope you enjoy your trip to Colorado and if you decide to tell you family they are supportive. I find it hard to tell family because even if they try to be supportive nobody really understands how hard infertility is and there are still unintentionally hurtful comments made. It's just hard either way ❤️

Month/cycle: 8/8 Timing: Na CD: 11 Symptoms: none RRCS: I have a monitoring ultrasound tomorrow and I'm so anxious. This is my first cycle taking 100mg Clomid so I have no idea how I responded to it. I just don't think I can take being benched another cycle. Ugh I just want tomorrow to be over so I at least have some answers.

Yay loorin!!!!!! octoberrust I get it. We started NTNP when DS was 5 mos old and converted to TFAS when he was 7 mos old. He is 3 now. So I have spent most of his life trying to add to our family. I feel so stupid sometimes because when DH and I got married, we said we wanted 4 children with an option for 6. Then it took us a while to conceive DS. And now even longer for a second. We were so stupid to think this would be easy and we would just get the big family we wanted. And I feel so ungrateful sometimes because I love my son and he is amazing, and I still want more. I try to talk to DH about it when DS isn't in earshot because I don't want him to absorb or sense my angst and sadness about this process or ever feel like he's not enough. GL tomorrow sunny75!!

Alright, back from vacation and ready to jump back in here! Hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected
Month/Cycle: 24/7AL
Timing: n/a
CD/DPO: n/a
Symptoms: Well the BC makes my boobs hurt and the z-pack (antibiotics) makes my insides hurt, so there's that.
RRCS: So bummed that H is OOT for all of this, I keep telling myself that I've got this -mostly because I have no other choice- but it still sucks. Currently on pre-IVF meds (BC, baby aspirin, z-pack, and prenatals & thryoid meds like always). Last day of BC is next Wed and then baseline on Fri, FX nothing weird has gone on and I can start stims.

Month/Cycle: 2/2
Timing: ??
CD/DPO: CD 16 ...
Symptoms:
RRCS: I thought I ovulated Sunday, but I'm also not sure if I have yet or not. It might be a long anovulatory cycle for me. I wish I had stuck with temping this month!! I knew exactly when I ovulated last month. We got Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, but I was just really grumpy tonight and not feeling it at all because DS got ahold of scissors and cut his beautiful hair :"(

loorin congratulations. Today, you are pregnant. ❤️❤️ @octoberrust I feel that, so much. We started TTC when DS1 was 6 months old and it took us a year and I was getting extremely depressed over not getting pregnant, it felt extremely unfair to DS at the time, because I felt like I was being selfish for wanting another baby when DS1 was right there, and I feel a little bit of those feelings too now, TTC again so soon after DS2 was born, but we're also on a timeline.

Okay blood test came back negative. On the bright side, I get to stop the progesterone. I'll get labs after I get my period and have a consult schedule to discuss injectibles.
Fun times. Maybe for stress relief, I will bedazzle a sharps container or something.

sharebear, sorry this cycle didn't work. Enjoy your break from progesterone! I think if this cycle doesn't work for me we may moving to injectables as well so I'm right there with you! It's scary but at this point I'm so tired of taking Clomid I'm definitely ready to try something new.

My appointment went great! I had two follicles on my good side with the tube so that's exactly what I was hoping for. We actually have a chance to get pregnant this month for the first time in a while. I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Now I get to start taking OPKs and figure out when I ovulate.

I'm still super confused with this cycle. Had cramping and bloody cm on Monday and a + opk (CD 9). My doctor told me Tuesday she thinks I probably didn't ovulate because it was so early but said not to do any more opks and to start BD this weekend (CD 14). I'm still crampy and spotting today (CD 11). I don't temp so can't show you a chart. I'm on Femara but this is the first month I've had this happen.
I'm trying not to get discouraged on this cycle since I haven't reached my normal O date yet but it's hard not to.

sarahh that is disheartening. Maybe the bloody mucus was mid cycle spotting from the Femara? I hope the BD plan works for this week. Can you have more frequent monitoring ultrasounds to see how your follicles are progressing?

Sorry, I was lurking and can’t help but comment because I just had the same experience on my most recent cycle TTC. The specialist I was seeing said sometimes spotting can happen during a particularly strong estrogen surge when the body is gearing up to O. Like you, my fertile signs/dark OPKs were way too early for my usual cycle. We BD anyways to be cautious, but O wasn’t confirmed until quite a bit later in the cycle with a solid temp rise and second bout of dark OPKs. If you are temping hopefully that will reveal all. Some people suggest strong surges like that can result in both ovaries releasing eggs, idk. It sounds like you’re doing all you can and I just wanted to share because it sounds so similar to my experience!

loorin, congratulations! Praying hard that this one will stick. sarahh, that sounds frustrating. Sorry, no advice here, but much sympathy. octoberrust, it's so difficult, isn't it. It took us two years to conceive L so we started NTNP when she was eight months old. Six losses later, she's still only just three and for most of her life she's had a mummy with PTSD and depression. But we're still not giving up yet. I hope November doesn't take long to get here, and that you manage to enjoy your son for the next few months. charliefox, I've been thinking of you. Hang on in there. You are stronger than you know. sunny75, that's great news! Praying so hard for you this cycle. sharebear, good luck next cycle. TTC is such a relentless process. beenthere, fingers crossed!

Month/Cycle: Month 30. Cycle 8AL. 6 lossed in two years.
Timing: Not great in the end. Lots earlier in the cycle, then -6 and not again till -1.
CD/DPO: CD25. 8DPO.
Symptoms: Tired, hungry, swelling boobs. So far, so typical PMS. I did have some mild cramps a couple of days ago. I'm trying not to hope too hard.
RRCS: Hi, friends! Sorry that I've been AWOL for a couple of weeks. We had a series of visitors, some staying with us and some with my parents round the corner, and we've had a plumber in for just over a week. Preschool is still off so I've been with L all the time too. It's been a mad couple of weeks. On the plus side, we now have hot water coming out of the taps! It's only fourteen months since we moved in! And next winter we should have heating that actually heats all the rooms properly.
Our timing wasn't great in the end. The OPKs were illuminating. It told me I had high fertility for eight days before I finally O'd! There's clearly some level of inaccuracy there, probably PCOS complicating things, but it's helpful to know I didn't O until last Wednesday. So my cycles seem to have lengthened quite recently, and 24 or 25 day cycles may be a thing of the past. That's definitely useful to know!
The gap between -6 and -1 was when we had an old friend staying here and we ended up staying up late every night talking. I don't really regret it. We got in -1 so there's still a chance this month, and friendship is important.

sharebear, my doctor hasn't wanted to do any monitoring yet even though this is already the 3rd cycle. She isn't even testing progesterone because it was high enough the first cycle. Tlex, thanks. Hopefully that's what it is. I haven't been temping but probably should have since the cycle is so weird. We are BD every other day just in case so fx that will do it. Thanks purple!

I've missed out on so much because of TTC and pregnancy and losses. -1 is good timing and means we're not totally out of it. But honestly, another month doesn't make much difference at this stage, and catching up with an old friend was more important than having sex on certain days this month.

Timing: -3 -2
O was delayed this month after I was sure it was on it's way. No, so my shifted timing is not great.
