We just finished our annual Adirondack chair photos (well, attempt 1). I’ll let you guess which child was super cooperative and which one was...not. 😂

Dad is taking B and one of my cousins to a transportation museum and lunch this morning; not sure what the girls will do but hopefully something cool. It’s another warm day here.

Morning! MH is home sick so I sent the big kids to the grandparents so he can rest. I'm drinking coffee and catching up on the Bachelorette.

Morning! I'm still annoyed about the money stuff from last night. DH kept saying he doesn't understand where the money is going so I had to remind him how much of our take-home pay is tied up in recurring bills and how much is left as a buffer or savings. A couple trips, buying unnecessary things because they're real "deals", all those Amazon boxes showing up on our doorstep... That buffer quickly disappears and I have to ransack my personal accounts to pay our property taxes and again to cover his AmEx. He needs to reign it in. Grrrr....

It doesn't help that I'm trying to lose a few pounds plus my manager (who really is my co-lead for our 5 teams) is out this week. Add in that I'm finishing up a pretty brutal AF and I'm just over it. I want to cuddle with the boys and tell the world to f* off.

Sorry to rant. I needed to get that out so I can hopefully move on with my day.

C had his annual dermatologist checkup. and everything looks good. It was quicker than I expected so i dropped him at school and took myself to breakfast before working from home. Tonight we are having dinner at my parents. Im still not feeling great but I have to get BBM done today and at least a few hours of work.

Morning! I’m in a surprisingly good mood today, must be a perk of the cleanse 😉. It’s a rainy morning but is suppose to clear up which is good since I’m golfing after work.

I hope I don’t jinx it but H went accident free all day yesterday, at daycare and at home!

Morning! I’m doing my pre-cleaning for the cleaning lady coming today. S is laying in the recliner eating a popsicle. If she’s feeling up to it her and I will run some errands while the cleaning lady is here.

I officially got C's cold. I'm hoping E is tired today from the shots and takes her naps.

C has another interview today for his promotion. Hopefully that means no more delays and we find out soon.

E is officially 2 months today. I need to take the photos today otherwise I plan to rest all day.

Morning! Had good talk with Dh yesterday about our different expectations we have about vacation. I had the feeling Dh wasn’t having a good time, so I kept asking him all the time and tried to monitor if he was having fun. Dh in his return felt like I was constantly watching him and became agitated by this... so we hashed it out an both feel a lot better today . We were supposed to have a final day at the beach, but the beach we went to was awful, tiny beach under the smoke of a factory, internet can be very misleading. We took a u-turn and went to the safaripark again, the look on the kids faces when we pulled up was more than worth hefty entrance fee .

Work shmerk. Today unless I get slammed at my regular job I need to work on some award paperwork for my military job. I don't know what I'm doing otherwise it'd probably be easy. But I don't want to be a shit leader and 2 of my team members are really overdue for formal recognition. I realized the other day was my 10 year anniversary for the military. Time flies. Just 120 more drills to go.

Our servers are all going haywire today and our 2 biggest partners are both unhappy with us. At least this should help the week fly by?? LOL.

Thank goodness we head to Maine in just over a week!!

Morning! I came into the
Gym totally ready to do a hard, incline run on the treadmill and every single one is taken. Grrrr.... I hate when it’s busy like this. So now I’m on the bike instead.

I have nothing besides the gym today, and a sams club run. My life is thrilling.

Morning. I'm leaving early today for a chiropractor appointment. My SI joint is giving me issues already and I really don't want to deal with my back going out while pregnant.

joelies I feel you! Sometimes Tim has no clue about money. He doesn't know when anything is due, has no clue how much is in our savings. Luckily he is not much of a spender, but I kinda wish he was more interested in our finances so it doesn't all fall on me.

tgrimes, how's your ankle/foot today? Who managed to guilt you into staying home? I think there's something at the office you really need to do this afternoon, oops totally forgot! BYE!

mskatiep My for is a bit better. I can at least stand on it without too much pain. It’s still a bit swollen and bruised but I should be okay if I keep icing it.

My mother guilted me into staying, of course. She says they won’t be traveling out here anymore because of my dad. 🙄

Morning! I was too overwhelmed with my disaster of a house this morning, so I packed everyone up to go to the park instead. Got Theo & Bea in the stroller, Ev and Trav on bikes, water bottles, snacks and my breakfast, walked over to the park, set everyone free and Evelyn says she had to go potty.
