Morning!
C woke up at 2 am, so I brought her down to my room so B could sleep. I don’t really like having the kids in our bed but at least C is not a restless sleeper and pretty much stays put in one position.
We are up and having waffles; not sure what’s on our agenda today but the humidity finally seems to have broken. 🙌🏻 Maybe we can do a walk around the lake.

Only had to be suctioned a couple of times as opposed to every hour the night before. This morning she woke up in a lot of pain so she got Tylenol and then an hour later oxy. Now she’s passed out again. They just delivered her breakfast and I’m eating her cheesy scrambled eggs because she won’t eat them and she’s zonked out anyway. But she hasn’t drank yet this morning and that’s what’s going to hold us back. |

Good morning! Finally looks like a day without rain anywhere in the forecast. Running to the deli this morning to buy stuff to make sandwiches and a cheese plate and hoping to swim all day!

Morning.
We’re up and at ‘em. Just having breakfast then J and I are driving to get B at the summer house, she’ll have the morning to run around then hopefully nap in the car cause we’ve got a BBQ at the neighbours this afternoon/evening.
MH is going golfing this morning with the neighbour so I imagine the BBQ will be quite relaxing for me while he parents, especially J who climbs everything.

I'm so so tired this morning and in a really crabby mood. E had an accident middle of the night then another wakeup at 5am. I think I'm crabby about Hawaii too. If we end up going the current will be bad and there will be lots of rain. I don't want to fly 10hrs to stay inside for a week. I hope my coffee perks me up

Dh let me sleep in. Work woke me up at 9:30 but it was nice to sleep 2 hours without a kid in my back. Going to get 20 dozen sweet corn so I can put it up. That'll take most of the day since I in now my mom wont help. Although she'll ask for some.

vino the wedding was actually fine! Everyone was really nice and kept telling me they were so happy we were there and that they were getting to know me. Could have been fake but it didn’t seem like it. My parents drank too much ...shocking...and my BIL/nephew had to help my dad to the car. Apparently this happens a lot when they get together. They had lots of terrible stories. I can go into more details later because I doubt everyone wants to hear about my family drama.

Happy Sunday. I spent too much time trying to figure out the best way to keep my Southwest points since I hadn't flown them in 2 years. I bought something from UA through their shopping program, but it won't update before tomorrow, so then ended up buying points. Kicking myself for waiting for a day before they expire to figure this out.
My SM is meeting me at an open house for the house we saw on Tuesday. It's too small and pretty expensive, but the issues have potential to be fixable, so she's going to do a walk through to see how realistic that is. Handy having architects in the family...too bad if we did get the house, we won't have money to fix it up for a long time.

Morning! Dinner last night was lovely...wine, Spanish charcuterie, and live music out on the patio. The kids did well at the neighbors and they told us to do it again soon. Yay!
So, this was my first time away from Bea for a feeding and my neighbor gave her a bottle. She took it fine, and was reportedly in a good mood the whole time. However, as soon I got her home she seemed out of sorts and unsettled. I gave her a bath and nursed her and she visibly relaxed and fell asleep. I am supposed to go to a Cubs game next weekend and leave her with my mom, but it would be for longer this time and my mom would have to get her to sleep. I would also be farther away (prob about 1/2 hr. by cab). I guess I'm feeling nervous about being gone for much longer than we were last night since she is still so little. I was thinking of having DH give her a bottle and get her to sleep this week to see how it goes, but I would not be leaving much time for him to invite others in my place if I back out (we are going with a neighbor couple, and it might be weird for the wife if I don't go). WWN13D?

Nothing much planned but more laundry today and a grocery run. I’m feeling the same today. My voice is still raspy and still coughing and congested. I think I’ll be going for a steroid shot this week if I don’t improve in a day or so. I need to kick this before my help leaves later this week.

dapostrophe that sounds lovely. I would do what you said, have a practice run with Dh, you might want to do it early in the week so you can repeat if necessary.
