I'm sorry lfig, but I'm glad the hospital is taking extra precautions to make sure she is ok. peachsmama cagoldi Do you wash and dry your toms in your washing machine? I got caught in a downpour the other day and they got soaked. Not sure what my course of action should be. I wash then just set outside to dry. Same here, on a short cycle. |

Morning! Last day of my old shift today! Which is going to suck because I’m working until 10, then I have to be back in the morning at 5:30. Oh shit tgrimes, tough situation for sure. How has your Dad been doing? He’s currently cancer free, other than the random skin cancer spots they find & remove every 3 months at check ups. But his face looks terrible from the reconstruction they did. He’s not walking great again because they weren’t able to continue physical therapy with all the chemo/radiation appts. I told them in Jan to request another round of therapy but that obviously didn’t happen. |

It's been a rainy morning so we took the boys to the bounce house place. One of Chase's classmates was there and her Mom was super nice. They live a couple towns away and it turns out that the Mom went to high school with a friend of mine, who also still lives in their town. Small world
We hit the grocery store before coming home and now DH is picking up lunch from a deli nearby. AF came yesterday and I am feeling pretty wiped out. I just want a nap!!

The funeral we went to was for the best friend of A's grandpa. Who passed when he was 12. It was nice to hear stories about him since I never met him. They were bikers and we knew were into some rough stuff way back in the day but when the local motorcycle gang showed up we all kind of looked around like "you see this..?" Lol.

Morning!! Nothing planned today. Just found out we will be without power next Friday from 9a to 1p with a possible extension. I'm trying to figure out what we should do/go because our house heats up quickly at it's suppose to be in the 90s.
Nothing planned today but who knows what will happen.

We had a joint birthday party for a 9 year old boy and a 8 year old girl. From the girl I got "this is exactly what I wanted forever!!" From the boy I got "how did you find this?!" So I'm feeling good lol.

We've just been driving around town stopping at various places. Went to some outlet malls so Cadence could go to the Disney store. She then proceeded to pout because they didn't have Calico Critters. Seriously? I'm willing to buy you whatever you want right now and you want something non-Disney.  After lunch I took her for more ice cream Now we are back at the hotel resting until the wedding this evening.  |

I am not caught up, just popping in to wave "hi". My neighbors kindly offered to watch all the kids tonight out of the blue, so H and I are going out for dinner. I just knocked out my BBM and need to shower and get ready. This is my belated b-day dinner, so it will be something fancy...woo hoo!

Operation life reset is going well today. Luckily Tim did all of the laundry yesterday. He's so great sometimes!
I've managed to dust/vac, get all my paperwork organized, reorganize my pantry cabinets (Next home MUST have an actual pantry) clean out the fridge, defrost the freezer, meal plan and soon I'm heading to the grocery store.
I need to get better about daily life maintenance. I let shit get overwhelming and it just stresses me out.

Well, between how Sierra’s night went last night, fever this morning, 3 seizures in an hour, and not drinking enough to satisfy the doctors, it looks like we will have to stay 1 more night. The 1 time in my life that I didn’t overpack. Luckily my mom is going to take my clothes from yesterday Home and wash them and bring them back so I can have clean clothes to wear tomorrow.

We were having a nice relaxing day until an hour ago when DH sliced his leg opened on a piece of glass in the garage. I was out back with the kids and heard him yelling for me to come to the front but I didn’t go right away because C was in the baby pool. I’m currently watching him get his leg stitched at urgent care. I will probably need to find a sitter for tomorrow when I’m suppose to take DD to her gymnastics clinic.

Just saw that there is a hurricane expected to brush the island on Wednesday/ Thursday. We are supposed to arrive on Tuesday. I'm not sure yet what we will do with our trip.

I hope he’s ok kim22. Was it superficial? The doctor stitched a few layers inside and we could see muscle moving so it was pretty deep. He has crutches and has to go back on Monday. Now he and the dog can limp around together. The dog limp is still being called a soft tissue injury and we are suppose to keep her calm but that’s not going so well with a puppy. |
