I bought my first pair of maternity jeans today at 9+6. I won’t wear them until after my scan next week because I don’t want to jinx anything. They are SO comfortable!! I bought them today because we don’t have any real places where I live with maternity clothes. I need some shirts to go with them! I need to find and get out my maternity clothes from E, I'm bigger than I was then but I think some will still fit for a while since it's meant for growing bellies, lol. I've been wearing only loose dresses and leggings so far and my leggings are already uncomfortable to wear up high, I have to fold them under my belly. Luckily since I carry most of my weight in my midsection anyways (never thought I'd say that ) my blump isn't super noticeable yet, but I'm definitely expanding.

I was whining to H about how real clothes are so uncomfortable right now and he didn’t understand why I couldn’t possibly wear maternity pants at 7 weeks. It’s the principle! Maybe at 8 weeks though 😂

I am much bigger than I was with my first pregnancy (I got pregnant the cycle after my wedding, which I had lost like 20+lbs for). After my good 10 week scan I ordered some maternity jeans from old navy because they are half off this weekend.

Embrace the maternity pants. Thank goodness for my sister being pregnant in the summer she had some shorts to share with me. I've been in them and knit skirts for the last two weeks. I need to look at what is in the bin I have because last time I was working so it's a lot of business casual stuff that I won't need this time.

The closest ON doesn’t have a maternity section 😢 They used to, but don’t anymore. Boo! I don’t ever buy clothes online because I don’t like a lot of things on me. I tried on a shirt from Walmart yesterday, and it was super cute, but made me look super pregnant, and I wasn’t ready for that. It was comfy though.
I like baggy clothes (H hates it), but I’m not comfortable with anything fitted (or that truly fits as my H says). I know I will have to get over that as I get bigger. I’m also not fashionable at all, so I think I’m going to have a lot of troubles finding maternity clothes.

I got some maternity jeans for $5 each at the thrift store and they’ve turned out to be the best I’ve ever owned. I’ve tried quite a few of the known brands - gap, ON, motherhood, etc. These ones are Jessica Simpson 🙈 but they STAY UP. I always have a problem with maternity jeans creeping down even when you’d think the giant belly would never let that happen.

I woke up this morning to my nipples feeling intense. That’s a very weird way to wake up.
I keep having dreams about pee related things - and obviously need to pee so badly when I wake up! Last nights dream was that the baby peed on everyone in the delivery OR. Much funnier than the dream the night before where my high school teacher walked in on me peeing. (?! Thanks brain!)

I totally have been wearing maternity clothes since about 4.5 weeks? But I get big fast thanks to the fertility meds and progesterone. Last time I gained all my weight in first tri and a little in 2nd, then stayed level for all of 3rd.
I do need to find a pair of business casual maternity pants though. I have two maternity dresses, a knit skirt that is still okay for now, a jean skirt and 2 pairs of jeans, but thinking actual pants for work may be nice once weather turns colder. (We can only wear jeans on Fridays and one Wednesday a month.)

Tlex do you have the kind that go over the belly? The jeans I bought yesterday were under the belly. They were shorter in length than the over the belly ones. I couldn’t find any short maternity jeans! I figured I would probably eventually get a pair of over the belly ones too. Does anyone wear scrubs? Do you get maternity scrubs or what do you wear to work?

Which is counter intuitive because I hate clothing on my belly when I’m pregnant, but apparently I hate the feeling of the low waistband even more than the sheer panel!

Tlex, I'm torn between getting out the doppler and attempting to find the twins, or just listing it for sale now.

I wear scrubs and so far the pants I have aren’t giving me too much trouble, but I think that’s only gonna last another couple of weeks since I’ve gotten pretty big at just 10 weeks. So I’ll have to order some maternity tops and pants

I’ve also started about 4 sizes bigger than when I was pregnant with DD. So the pants fit me but none of the xs/s shirts fit. I’m glad about the pants since the only jeans I wear are jeggings and they were so uncomfortable around my belly.
We were just camping again this weekend and told more of our friends, so I feel more comfortable wearing clothes that show my stomach a little more. I actually can’t wait to go back to work so I can try to find the heartbeat again:)

Do you have a certain brand of maternity scrubs that you like remi? I actually haven’t tried any because when I was pregnant with DD they had me do reception and I could wear business casual. So this will be my first time actually having to get them 😕

So this will be my first time actually having to get them 😕 Yeah. I don’t have to wear scrubs. I can wear business clothes if I want to, but I much much prefer to wear scrubs. I don’t want to worry about if my shoes match my outfit, or if my boobs/belly are hanging out (even not pregnant). My scrubs are a lot looser than my regular clothes, so I will still have some time in those. I wear Cherokee or Heart and Soul scrubs. I will have to look those up and see if they have maternity in either brand.

Y’all, I had a dream last night that I MC this baby. Trying to shake that and have a good day today. In my dream, I started bleeding, and I’m not. Ugh! Trying to be positive, and hope for a good scan later this week.

I think it is normal to worry a bit and that spills over into our dreams. Fx for a great upcoming scan for you!
