I was hoping yesterday was a one off and that this morning was a fluke...lol. Of course now I'm in the middle of no where but if it continues through tomorrow I'll look into something when I get home. What's the combo people recommend? Vit b and something? When I was pregnant with my daughter my MS got to a point where my doctor told me to take zofran to avoid dehydration but I don't want to be there yet.

pambee I'm sorry you feel so yucky. I'm horrible at lying and so we just told the friends we are hanging out with this week. It would have been really obvious that I wasn't drinking. When I was helping with our church VBS last week and felt exhausted the director came over and asked if I was ok and I was like I'm just tired and then she pulls out "or you are pregnant" I was dumbfounded on how to respond. But my delay of denial meant she know knows too. I have just given up caring at this point. I hope you can figure out what to do with your family. You have to do whatever you are comfortable with doing.

I did get a hold of the OB office today and basically refused to get off the phone until they figured out how to get me in for an appointment. So we figured out that I'll see the nurse practitioner on aug 14. It seems forever away, but at least by the time I get the US ill have passed my loss milestones.

But make sure there’s no benedryl in it. I would still talk to your doctor/nurse for dosage though. I am going to be starting it and I will be calling back for the dosage bc I forget.

I had my first appt today. They adjusted my due date based on shorter cycles so it puts me at 3/15 and 8 weeks today! She said my uterus feels good for 8 weeks? Hah. But we didn’t try for a heartbeat or anything. I need to call my insurance to see if the first tri scan is covered and if not she said to schedule an appt back in 4 weeks to check.

Morning sickness on 7w3d and I have never been so excited to throw up. Longest loss milestone has passed! 🎉 I don't feel out of the water but it's still a great feeling!

I haven't been throwing up but the nausea is pretty constant. On the way home from our trip yesterday I almost threw up in the public bathroom. I know I'm trying to take comfort in my discomfort.

Not so happy you’re throwing up. Honestly, I am at this point, lol. I never had real nausea with any of my losses but had it pretty bad with my daughter so it makes me feel almost comforted in a weird way.

Ugh I officially left a message for my nurse about my nausea/sickness. I wasn't able to keep anything I ate yesterday down again and today is on the same trend. I'm going to ask about the unisom/b6 you all mentioned and see if she'll write me a rx for something too in case that doesn't work.
So much for being worried in the beginning about gaining too much weight in first tri 😂

Thank you ladies! At least my nurse got back to me in record time, it only took about 2.5 hours 😂 I'll try the unisom and b6 for a few days and see how much it helps!
I'm trying really hard not to complain but man do I hate feeling so useless every day.

No it’s absolutely dreadful, I have been a shell of myself for weeks and it’s really hard not to feel depressed when you feel so bad all the time! I was crying and feeling regret that I’d thought I could handle another kid etc. The better I feel the more those thoughts disintegrate. I’m just starting to text friends again etc - even reading/typing made me nauseated! Give yourself lots of grace, and know you can grit through.

pambee & Tlex I have also been really sick this time around and I feel horrible for it. I had planned on an exciting summer with a ton of outings... this has barely happened since I found out I was pregnant. I want to make plans but then I never know how I’m going to feel or if I’ll get sick at places and it’s just very unappealing.

H goes back to work tomorrow and I feel bad because we've done nothing fun the last 2 weeks. We talked about and planned so many things we were going to do and did almost none of them. Sorry you've been feeling that way too :/

So I think it’s pressure I put on myself, you know?

haleyscott and pambee I haven't felt too bad yet, so we still have been doing some things. But I wanted to say growing up I was a farm kid. My mom took us to the pool a couple times a summer and maybe the library and that was about it for kid related activites. The rest of time we were at home or grandmas house. Your kids will probably not even remember the half a summer you were too sick and exhausted to take them to the zoo, spash park or whatever else. So don't beat your self up too much.

jewelsofthenile thanks. I needed to hear that too. They’re probably living their best life with video games and screen time. Plus I got them a bug “hunting” kit with vests for outside.

I feel better that I did things at the beginning of summer with DD. I'm pretty involved with my local SAHM's group so I've been forcing myself to go to some local things to just get out of the house because if we stay home DD just wants me to play with her all the time and I just don't have it in me some days. Fortunately she's started to get into games lately so I can sit/lay on the couch while we play.
Don't beat yourself up ladies. You are growing a human and that's an important and taxing job.

It’s so true that doing the out of the house activities is more for our sanity than for the kids’ excitement. My kids are total homebodies and put up a fuss about leaving for any reason ever! They do typically have a much better time when they’re mentally and physically exhausted though. I have found it challenging to meet their energy needs from home this summer. We can’t use our wonderful yard right now because it’s black bear mating season and the big guys are in town looking for ladies. It’s not a good time to run into them!
I swear with D2’s pregnancy D1 got so saturated in tv/iPad time I would cry that I’d done wrong by her. As soon as I was feeling better our life went back to normal and she had no problems from that time, and in fact learned a ton of social/emotional stuff from Daniel Tiger I’m not sure I could have taught her. I keep reminding myself of that time in our lives and how awesome it is now that she has her sister and they are built-in buddies. It was worth it.
